Food is usually o.k but this specific morning i ordered blueberry pancakes. The last time i went there i had ordered blueberry pancakes and they were great. This time they weren't cooked till done. They were doughy. I showed the cook/ owner the pancakes. He said" they're blueberry pancakes of course they're gonna be musshy". I said that last time i was here i had them and they were great. He argued with me so i gave up on the issue. A minute later he walks up to the table n says " you don't have to pay for it but i'm not cooking you another one so either eat it or starve. What ever happened to his brother? If he was treated like i was i have no doubt why he is gone. I haven't returned since. We eat here all the time and it's normally great. However, tonight I called at 6:30 and placed my order. After hanging up I realized I forgot to order breadsticks to go with our lasagna and stuffed peppers, so I called back. The owner answered the phone and was extremely rude and told me my order was already in and he was done in a rude and condescending way. Then hung up on me. They are open until 7 and it was within 2 minutes of calling the first time well before closing. Needless to say I called back and canceled my entire order in tears. OMG! Again this is my Reminder to not judge a book (restaurant) by its cover. Looks very plain from outside. We were looking for a place our ATV group could sit and eat together indoors and this was the perfect place close to the Cottonwood Campground.. Everyone tried something different and it all came out hot and delicious! We got there just in time. There were people waiting at the door when we left!
