The Fuse Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Harris

I can't suggest this place enough! The people in there are great, and the food was absolutely delicious! I had the shrimp skewer and the steak skewer and they were both juicy, delicious, and well seasoned! And you can't beat the price! You know I tipped 20%!

Don't mind the signs. There was nothing about this place that went out of its way to be offensive. There's nothing to be offended by. It's a place with people in it that other people may or may not agree with, but the point is to go there to hang out and get food. I took a picture of myself of my appearance when I entered fuse bar and grill, for reference.

Don't let that blue lives matter stick or fool you either. That place has a lot of bikers, and bikers and cops don't mix. I'm thinking that blue eyes matter sticker was put there by someone who's not the owner.

What I was very much not offended by is how a lot of the menu doesn't have pork. I don't eat pork so I had a lot of dietary options! I don't know if I can recommend this place for people that are vegetarian, or gluten-free. They have shrimp, so pescetarians welcome. I would say the place is kind of accessible. It's a strong slope to the parking lot where the door is, but if you have an automatic wheelchair you'll be able to make it. No stairs to enter, although the doorway is...

Went to The Fuse in Harris for the first time and I will NEVER step foot in there again. Ordered 1/4 broasted chicken dinner and specified ALL WHITE, prepared to pay the $.50 up charge. The meal came out all dark and I had an empty beer. When she set the plate down I reminded the server I asked for all white and she looked puzzled and said, "that isn't?". I told her no, drumsticks are always dark. She disappeared and didn't return. Over 10 min. later I had to wave her down and she didn't really even stop just said she'd check on it. Few minutes more passed and she came back and said 3 more minutes. I told her at this point I don't want it, we are ready to go, please take it off the bill and bring the check. She disappears and comes back with the check and says, "sorry, we can't take it off the bill but we can box it up for you to take home" Nope, keep the chicken. Look at the bill and see she had made an error and typed "all dark". Mistakes happen, I get it. However, the way she handled it was terrible customer service. Hell, had she stopped back at the table so I could order a beer while I waited that would have been a bit more forgivable. I get better customer service at the local fast food places. The fuse was my go to until TODAY! I had a server named ASHLEY and everything started off good but was a little slow. I ordered a 8oz fuse steak medium and it came out within 3 minutes of ordering and I could tell it was not even close to being medium as the plate was covered in blood. I didn’t even cut into and I asked her to cook it longer. She brings it back out 45 seconds later. I knew the steak was still not even close to being medium so I gave it the benefit of the doubt and cut into it and it was still blue! I asked her to cook it a little longer. I was just hoping for a medium steak. Ohh of course ASHLEY got a massive attitude problem as soon as it got sent back again. I sent the steak back again and she said this was my problem because I didnt order the steak well done..at this point I finally got my steak back and it was burnt to a crisp. I don’t know who she is or what she is doing serving but she has no idea what a medium steak is supposed to be. She never attempted to make this right or take the steak off the bill.
