Dunkin' — Restaurant in Harrison Township

Very poor service , went through Drive thru and ordered a hot meal when I was one car behind the person getting their food at the window, the customer and the lady working the window were having a few minute long conversations that had nothing to do with the food or customer service. Next when I arrived at the window the same lady was talking with other employees inside just standing their while my food was sitting on the window counter, she continued to gossip with the other employees for several minutes while I was left sitting in the drive thru waiting for them to finish their conversations, also once i finally got my food I pulled away and left the parking lot immediately because I was already in a hurry especially because of the unnecessary delays caused by employees that feel their conversations about what they did over the weekend was more important than the customers time and money, I then bit into what was supposed to be a hot bagel bite, was ice cold. So I had to turn around and now get out of my truck and go inside and wait in line for a second time, and when I asked for fresh food I was treated as if I was the inconvenience. I love Dunkin and I would have recommended them as a whole up to now. Dunkin in Harrison Ohio in the shell station was horribly rude. I went in at 10 PM which isn't that bad for 24 hours and there was no one at the counter. Walked around looking for a staff member and finally the looks like 50 year old woman got off her phone and said whataya want. I was like coffee. Do you have a recommendation. I'm tired and can't decide right now. She answers "there's sweet or unsweet." Looking at me like I'm the problem that ruined her night. After having waited already for someone to even come forward and then rudely responded to I said no thanks actually and she says "alright." "Whataya want?" Update: Still below par. Unlike other Dunkins, they are unable to modify orders. I tried to order the six dollar meal deal without meat, but they said that couldn’t be done. Funny thing is I would think it would be less expensive for them to not include the meat? However, their workers have improved and are generally very friendly.

From the employees talking loudly and swearing at the window to each other, to the 5 minute wait for avocado toast this place reeked of unprofessionalism. Add a piece of toast with what looked like sprayed on avocado and I'm going to pass on using this Dunkin again. If the avocado was any thinner, I wouldn't be able to see it.
