Whitewater Whippy Dip — Restaurant in Harrison Township

I came here a lot last year. The ice cream was good and people were friendly. Last year I got a pup cup when I wanted to try a new flavor they had they were $1. So my first visit this year was a bad experience. I ask for my usual ice and they gave me a super small one. So I ask for a pup cup as well to try the new flavor and the girl proceeded to tell me that they only sell them for dogs when I got them last year all the time. So the girl was trying to act smart. Anyways I ask for a manager which was another Teenager and she said she was the manager. So I said store manager. Then I just said never mind. Because I know she isn’t the store manager. I saw the lady last year she is a lot older than her. Hopefully they get retrained on the way they act with people. I have a teenager myself and I don’t need a smartalic teenager to talk that way I already have one. She had blonde hair and said she didn’t work here last...

I’ve been here just a couple of times, not enough to remember what I ordered the last time, so sometimes I get confused 🫣🫢 but this young lady was very patient, so five stars just for her, because my banana split had really nasty strawberries 🍓 I think they were going bad already 🤷🏻‍♀️

Edit: it’s my bad then! I’ve never tasted puréed strawberries 🍓 I guess I don’t like them 🫢 the service was great and the banana split 😊 except the strawberries 🍓🫢🫣 because I don’t like them like that 😅 it was ALL great! 👍🏻 And will definitely let them know right away if anything else...

The Whitewater Whippy Dip is an excellent ice cream shop with a diverse menu, including dairy free options, sundaes, banana splits, shakes, cones and Blizzard-like mixed ice cream.
