Fresh Burger Grill - HWY 58 — Restaurant in Harrison

First time eating at Fresh Burger. I’ve seen it multiple times on my way to go fishing and wanted to go by, so yesterday I took my mom and a couple friends. Restaurant was very open and clean. Music was on point. Staff was friendly and very quick, and attentive. We all got the Texas tots to share. Super crispy tots, perfectly cooked bacon and melted cheese, topped with jalapeño slices. They were delicious! Everyone at the table got the Lil Fresh Burger, a smaller version of their classic Fresh Burger. The size was perfect for the ladies, but my one guy friend said next time he is getting the larger version. The burger was so tender, and so very juicy. Cooked perfectly through. Their main selling point on these is that they are fresh, never frozen, patties, and you can definitely tell. All come with your choice of cheese, iceberg lettuce, tomato, pickles, white onion, Mayo, and mustard. Their fries are cut fresh, and cooked to perfection. If you like Five Guys fries, you’ll love these. Personally, I think they are better. Crispy on the outside, but so soft on the inside, and not dripping with oil. I am sad to say I will no longer be a patron of this establishment I wanted to place a Togo order on my way home. But they no longer have a telephone. So I was gonna go ahead and order and wait after I ordered I was asked if I needed any ketchup or anything. I said yes I would like some ranch dressing to dip my tater tots in I was informed we now charge for dressing. So a few ounces of a condiment is worth a surcharge after I spent over 25 dollars. Businesses ate forgetting all about customer service. Sadly the food has always been good and not many places offer fresh pork rinds. But sadly I will never have them again and it might not matter to most people but I work hard for my money ànd I don't appreciate being nickle and dimed for a condiment because someone feels like we dont give them enough money for something as simple and trivial as a little bit of ranch dressing. This review is not about the food. I didn't even get to try it. I had my dog with me and couldn't come in. I asked the girl about ordered and paid for it over the phone or had the exact amount of money that it was and she just meet me at the door with my food when it was ready. She said no she could not and I said do y'all not do take out and she said yes we do I said what's the difference of meeting at the door or the counter just simply said you had to come to the counter to get a takeout. Well it was their loss because I was ordering for me and five other people so I'm sure the bill would have been $50 or more but she said she didn't have time to do that and then if I wanted it I had to come in to the counter which makes no sense to me but whatever I guess they don't want to make any money. I've never had a problem with any restaurant doing this for me so I can't understand why...
