Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Harrison

I just want it to be known before I start this that this really has nothing to do with this Papa Johns specifically. This is appointed towards the corporate people running it, but it doesn't give me the option to review them.

I love Papa Johns. A lot actually. The food is great. The service was always great, and the workers have always been super nice everytime I've dealt with them. My family and I, and all of my neighbors, have been ordering pizzas from Papa Johns for literally years because, where we live, no one else delivers to here. Well tonight I went to order a pizza because it's late, we don't really have anything in the house, and I don't feel good so I don't wanna go anywhere, and ordering a pizza is just so convenient. I went to order online, I found what I wanted, put in my address, and it said "out of delivery range". I thought that can't be right. So I tried again. Same thing. So I called my local Papa Johns thinking maybe something was wrong with their website, and the girl that answered confirmed my name and address and said "unfortunately it looks like we don't deliver to that address anymore... Our corporate changed our delivery ranges on Monday". So now we have no one that delivers pizza to our neighborhood, and I know they got a lot of business from all of us. I saw a Papa Johns car come down the road at least a couple of times a week, so I’m not sure what the reasoning is behind this, but it's pretty unfair to all of us.u Not that any of this is going to change anything, but I’m very disappointed, and I’m sure all of my neighbors...

Ordered a cheese pizza at 5:21P....it was out for delivery by 5:34P. Yep that's right, pretty quick turn around right? WRONG! I was given an old pizza! The box on the bottom wasn't warm, which should have been my first clue. When I opened the box it clearly was an old pizza, left over perhaps that no one claimed, but NOT FRESH!!! The pizza itself was cold, not warm...COLD! I LOVE Papa John's and my daughter orders from this location at least 2 times a week maybe more. So you can see my concern when I called to speak to someone and was told he really didn't know what to do for me at that point. I then asked to speak to a manager, which I was placed on hold for about 6 minutes...hung up and called back, immediately placed on hold for 4 more minutes before the manager answered. RUDE is an under statement...didn't offer to make it right just argued with me and insisted their pizzas are made fresh (Not this one!) Instead of getting me a fresh pizza, which obviously can be made and out the door in 13 minutes, he so rudely replied I would be getting a refund! Haven't you heard that the customer is ALWAYS right and in the case, I was! Friday night, they're busy, hint the long wait time on the phone and they can get my order made and out the door within 13 minutes? Calling BS on...

There was no food to rate. It was a horrible experience. Placed order online. Large high school graduation party for stepson, family and friends. An hour 15 min before scheduled delivery i had no notification but they had charged my bank account. Called the store and Christian, store manager??, told me he had no order but would make the pizza. The catch, I would have to pay for it again. I called customer service to file a complaint. Was funny how the agent told me they actually had my order at the store and the agent filed the complaint. I ended up having to drive to Domino's(where I will order from now on), and they helped save the party. I was told I was unprofessional and Brandon goes on to claim, it's not his fault. Seemed to think he was not the company representative. Be cautious with this store. I've had issues before and over looked small mistakes. Trying to double the cost is a bit much. I will never order from them again and will not do any business with any Papa John's in the future. I will be pursuing other remedies if my full charge for pizza is not...
