Snack Shack — Restaurant in Harrod

We have ordered from the snack shack three times since we moved to Harrod six months ago. First time was ok. The second time we called in, the lady on the phone said 30 minutes. My husband shows up at the expected pickup time and when he walked in and told the woman he had a pickup order, she got up from the table she was sitting at and freaked out on my husband saying that she hadn’t even started it yet. So he had to wait another 30ish minutes for her to make it. And the last time I called in a pizza order, the man who answered the phone was so rude I could have came through the phone on him. He sounded so annoyed that he actually had to do his job and answer the phone to take an order. He was not friendly at all. He told me it would be about 20 minutes and when I said “ok thank you” he just hung up the phone. I told my husband about it and agreed that since we hadn’t paid yet, they can choke on the loss of the sale so we didn’t even bother picking it up. Needless to say, we will never spend another penny there....
