Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Harrodsburg

I like how clean and modern the Harrodsburg Dairy Queen restaurant is, i go there frequently, and mostly, it is a great place to have lunch (the WiFi and satellite TVs are nice touches!) but, there are 3 issues that really bug me about just this one location....

First, Their clean, recently modernized atmosphere is probably because of their prices, which are a bit higher than other Dairy Queen locations in the area. Second, When the weather is warm, for some strange reason this location has a problem with too many houseflies, and I see no evidence of a serious effort to control or eliminate them from the dining room . . . and Third, when I visit the place, I keep having trouble staying connected to the restaurant's WiFi (the WiFi at this location has a problem remaining connected for more than a couple minutes at a time.) Other than that, the Harrodsburg Dairy Queen is a pretty nice place for lunch, as far as Dairy Queen's...

This place has just gone so down hill. I ordered through the drive thru today. A meal and 2 cheeseburgers. No one in line and the place was so dead employees were standing outside talking and smoking. I waited 10 minutes for food. The boy handed me the bag and it was almost over flowing. By the time I got home my fries were dumped all over the inside of my truck. Whoever bagged it had put the cheeseburgers on the bottom, the boxed burger in the middle with the box standing up and then the fries on top. All of which were lukewarm. You would think waiting as long as I did it would have been hot. I called and asked to speak to a manager and she seemed to just be over it from the moment she answered the phone. This used to be a great place to come to morning or evening for a quick bite to eat. Now you're waiting on lukewarm food that they still don't know how to bag properly but they want $15 an hour. I delivered from this place for quite a while I still deliver all around harrodsburg I have almost 8,000 deliveries one of the guys that work here come up with an idea of how to cover up the drinks because this place doesn't cover the frozen drinks with lids on certain ones so I will thought it was pretty cool you know he came up with the idea to just put a napkin over top of the drink that way it was like a lid she just kind of tossed it over the bag at me with a napkin and told me to do it I told her I didn't have to do it walked out walk back in got the food cuz I didn't want to not deliver it since I already showed up they make it where I can't deliver from here no more all because they told me to do their job and since the owner hasn't contacted me back about anything this...
