Burgers, frys and custard what more can you ask for. Better than most FAST food.

Stopped at drive through for lunch with my son. Waited in drive through for 15 minutes before order was taken. Drove up and paid and was given our ice cream desserts before our food. Was told to pull into the parking lot of the business across the street to wait for our order. Owner of the business we were parked at came out screaming that you can not park here! We moved out into the street to wait. Ice cream treats melting despite having the air conditioning on. Gee it's a 90° day. Finally our food was brought out after an additional 30 minute wait. Went home.
At home we found out that half of the order was left out and all three of the sandwiches were wrong, not to mention cold.
Called to talk to a manager and explain situation. The incredibly rude manager didn't want to hear about it and made no attempt to make it right. Now a days the customer isn't correct. Customer service is a joke and fast food workers demand large pay raises.
Understanding the place was busy but that is not an excuse to get everything wrong. Then make an attempt to make it correct. That was $40 down the tubes and will not be giving them any of my money in the future.

Read moreI Visited this Culver’s location today & I received the worst service possible. I’ve been to several other locations before (I’m not from Wisconsin, I travel with my job) in many different states & I normally receive great service but not at this location. The cashier was extremely rude. When I asked her “what’s in the homestyle soup” she simply pointed to the screen above her (there were many items on the screen)...so I then asked her again thinking she didn’t understand what I asked & she pointed at the screen again making no eye contact. So I told her “I’m asking a specific question, I don’t work here you do... so I’m confused as to why you can’t verbally tell me what’s in the homestyle soups” she then did a nasty cough directly into her hands (which was alarming because works in the food industry and didn’t santitze her hands or anything afterwards, she began touching the register touchscreen as if nothing happened) & aggravatedly read off the screen verbatim. It didn’t make me interested in ordering the soup anymore and I asked to speak to a manager & I explained the situation about the poor customer service, but he didn’t seem to care. The staff looked at each other & laughed. Disgusting service. I won’t be returning, save your...
Read moreI’m now convinced the local misfits hate me. I moved to this town a few years ago, and immediately liked that there was a Culver’s not too far from me. After unloading the last of my boxes, I navigated my way and excitedly ordered a chicken tenders basket. The girl at the window giggled the entire time we interacted, and when I got home I had brown crispy tenders, crunchy stale fries and a Diet Pepsi (at the time they served Pepsi products), instead of the regular ordered. I thought nothing of it until the next time I went a few weeks later and ordered the same meal, with the same level of giggling at the register and the same poorly made food. Cut to tonight, I’ve been trying to utilize my local services instead of driving into Brookfield where I’m much more comfortable and accepted. I ordered the cod dinner no lemon wedge, and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy, and coleslaw. The SAME GIRL still working the counter, still giggling when I handed over my card, and this time I get THREE lemon wedges in my dinner! Sour fish isn’t my thing, so naturally I’m irritated, but also, I’m beyond tired of these little people with their terrible attitudes and horrible service. I will never be back to this...
