Daylight Donuts - Hartshorne — Restaurant in Hartshorne

Monday morning my parents sent me to Daylight Donuts for, you guessed it, donuts! I had gotten their usual, cream-filled chocolate donuts and donut holes with chocolate icing on them. I spent a little over 13 dollars on it, I believe, which wasn't outrageous but when I took those donuts home to my family, my mother bit into a rock on her first bite of her chocolate bavarian donut. She nearly chipped her tooth! My father and I took the donut back with the rock as proof and the cashier/donut filler - side note: according to her, her only job is to fill donuts and thats it - she refunded the one donut. I was a little stunned when she only handed me back two dollars, but I'll make sure to never go there again. She pushed the fault to the Mcalester branch because they make and prepare all their donuts and I'm assuming food too. The cashier confessed she doesn't make the food so none of it is fresh. If the food isn't fresh and there are rocks in the donuts, there is no point in going to such an awful place. My father called the McAlester branch and spoke with the DM of the establishment, or a representative of the DM, and they were supposed to remedy the mistake but they never called back, so here's my honest review. 0/10 would not recommend. Possibility of choking and dying on rocks is...

I would like to start off by saying Daylight Donuts as a whole is a great place to get good donuts on the fly. Though this particular one is not at all to the standards of the others the lady at the drive thru was slightly rude, dull and impatient. She obviously didn’t care for her job. I ordered my donuts and was about to order another when she just abruptly closed the window in my face. The donuts were mediocre the chocolate milk I ordered expired the following day and tasted on the verge of being bad. I am being quite extra but it was slow and it was like 8:15 in the morning not too early not too late I just don’t understand it. Either way I’ve heard that the lady and the donuts are the way I’ve described all the time so in general I would avoid the Hartshorne Daylight...

I waited and waited for someone to come out so I could order and a rude chick finally came out and said oh sorry! I ordered and asked about filling and she made a sour disgusted face but went and filled it I also ordered a few chocolate covered donuts… the donuts looked terrible like they had been smashed and they tasted like they were 2-3 days old! I left and realized I forgot milk so I went back in and she was already in the back again so I just left! We will never...
