Hello everyone, I’m not the one to do post like this. Thee EXPERIENCE I HAD TODAY at Pam's Restaurant, BEYOND DISTURBING!! As I am eating my food I tasted a piece of chicken and it was cold so I opened it and it was raw chicken and BLOOD IN THE CHICKEN!! Yes! Blood. When I proceeded to the front the Son stopped me. He became very disrespectful. He made the comment “Don’t let one piece of chicken mess up your whole dinner” I said “it’s the fact that it’s bloody. He made thee comment “ if you can goto church and sit and be okay when why can’t you here” and Argued me down as it related to my Refund! Then I talked to the OWNER PAM!! and she came with a very nonchalant attitude. And said “I’m sorry, if you’re unhappy maybe you should leave and not come back”. Not an establishment that I will or my family who lives her locally will return. Apparently they can be very matter of fact in lots of different situations based on...
Read morePam’s is absolutely amazing if you’re wanting some real home cooking without having to slave in your own kitchen for hours beforehand! The food is divine and all the ladies are the best of the Grandmom types. I needed a bit of assistance as I’m immunosuppressed and was very worried about the fact that it’s a buffet and that SC doesn’t have a mask mandate (although Pam’s does have such a policy). The ladies sat my family and I in an extra isolated area and allowed me to go to the buffet without a crowd. I was able to get untouched areas of different foods as the kitchen is constantly bringing out fresh batches. (They also have gloves out so that nobody has to touch the same serving utensils at the buffet.) Extra kudos for some superior Grandmom worthy sweet potatoes! I’ll be back when I need more peaches in McBee...thank you...
