Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Haskell

They don't actually even deserve one star, however that's the only way I could give a rating. Their staff possibly the manager is rude discourteous and apparently does not realize that people don't have to rush to give the order. I ordered three drinks the person in the car realizing that their drink was $4 decided they would didn't want it she cut me off three times before I could get the three drinks out which I talk pretty fast. Kept asking me is that it is that it I kept saying no trying to give her the rest of my order which all I wanted was three patty melt I could never say because she rudely interrupted. And kept saying I have 5 other people waiting, (i had to wait 5 min but I wasn't complaining). I told if you'd quit interrupting on my could give you my order. All she said, rude and discourteously, do you want to order something or response and I told her I didn't want anything she's rude and apparently don't need customer I wouldn't go there if my life depended on it and sure wasn't going to order and take the chance for her to do...

The young man taking my order was Joel. HE went above & beyond what most others at any Sonic would do. You see, they use to have a "Sunrise Smoothie"😁 ...NOT anymore 😢😟😒 I was "craving" that smoothie. I asked if they could make one for me somehow. It's made with icecream, some ice, orange juice, strawberries, & chunks of bananas. 😍🤤😯😋😊 YUM !! I had also ordered a breakfast burrito with eggs, cheese, & tater tots (no meat). Joel was having trouble hearing me through their speaker system, he didn't give up; he came out to the car & he told me he knew what I was wanting & he, himself would make it as close as possible to the Sunrise Smoothie. HE DID IT !! HE made my whole day AWESOME because he cared enough, valued my getting what "I" wanted enough to go above & beyond. It may seem so simple, my grammar is not the best, but I want to make sure SOMEONE KNOWS that JOEL😇 at Sonic in HASKELL, OKLAHOMA deserves a HIGH RECOGNITION...

Sent my husband to Sonic for dinner tonight and it was horrible. Not trying to be mean but I would not have paid for this and I would have gave it back to them first mistake was the charged the meals separately so paid for the burger separate from the fries and drinks they was told that and did not care to correct it. Second thing this is twice this week our kids corndog happy meals was not happy at all they was so burnt to the point the cornbogs was busted open and black the fries was not fresh by no means and had to eat for toddlers. Third my large chili cheese tator tot was supposed to have extra cheese and chili and add onion instead o got so much cheese and more onion then tots.
