Sugar Rush Shaved Ice — Restaurant in Haslet

Okay. First of all, my best friend and I went here and the snow cones were great. The blue Hawaiian was how you’d want it, how they used to make it when we were kids. My best friend got the Barbie flavor and said it tastes just like how buds used to make it in Bedford when we’re growing up which was wedding cake and strawberry. The man working the window, Craig, was super nice. He even gave us a sample to start out because we were unsure of the flavors. And he did not skimp on the cream! Great amount. Anyways, we sat there for awhile and enjoyed our snow cones and went on our merry way. This is where it gets good, Mr.Craig, showed up at our door. Low and behold, my friend left her wallet at his stand and he drove all the way to our house to bring it back. Now that is customer service!! We are so taken aback that someone would go out of their way to show us this kindness. So just know next time you support this small business, you’re supporting good honest kind people. Very very very very very slow while you are drenched in a puddle of your own sweat. It was good, but not worth the wait.updatewas 3 stars...changing to 1 star because of owner's rude response. I can see where the problem begins now. I didn't know who the workers were, just that it was slow. Then, the owner attacked me in a reply that they have now removed saying that I'm a bad person since the employees are students. Apparently, the owners marketing plan is to use students as a shield to any criticism and try to shame anyone who does criticize the business. Stop hiding behind kids....

This is by far My ABSOLUTE FAVORITE Snowcone place!!! I wish I lived closer, cuz I'd be here EVERY day to twice a day... I have been to all the snowcone shops in a 25 mile radius and Again THIS IS THE BEST!!! GREAT prices & AMAZING FRIENDLY people... The owners are the BEST people... They take time to learn u & make u feel special... Wish there was more places like this one!!! I wish I could give 100⭐️s...
