Dunkin' — Restaurant in Haverhill

Went in to get a sandwich and coffee. Small line so I went to ladies rm and when I returned the same people where in line still. The young lady behind the counter should not be working in a fast paced work place. Moves slower then molasses.. After waiting over 10 min to place my order, I paid... Then after a couple min she informs me they where out of croissants... Now shouldnt they inform the counter help of these things sence they are running a special 2 for 5. She she then asked if I wanted to have a bagel or eng muf. I then told her no ty. I really wanted the croissant. Still waiting this whole time for even my coffee.. She had to go get manager to return my money. Waiting another 5 or so min.. Still no coffee... When the manager finally shows she looks at the caslier and asked why I wanted my money back. Now she could if looked up and politely asked me but she was to busy pissing and moaning about giving me my money back so I interrupted her and told her myself what the problem was and with attitude proceeded to get my money.. Still no coffee... Really. All this waiting around the least they could of done was hand me my coffee... Never going back there even if its the last one on earth. Date visited was dec...

If I could give zero stars I would. I had to wait 15 minutes for them to toast 3 bagels and a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, which fell apart. When I asked where my order was one of the workers told me to stop being impatient. I saw at least three people who ordered after me get their food before me. I told him that my wait time was ridiculous and he told me that I was being ridiculous because it was so busy. Other than the drive through, there were only four other people in there and two of them already had their order. I told him that this is a Dunkin’Donuts, aka fast food. He told me he didn’t hear anyone else complaining and if I didn’t like it I cold go somewhere else. I told him I already paid for my order so I wasn’t leaving. He told me that I should never come back and I told him don’t worry I won’t. When I got my food from him, yeah, I swore at him, but he swore at me right back and called me a Karen. And yes, I think I will speak to...

This dunks is terrible. I’ve been here twice in the past 2 weeks and both times were a mess. The people in there are so unfriendly and really don’t want to be there. There was a lady in there today who was working & yelling/ complaining about the customers at the drive thru and swearing about them infront of the customers in the line inside. She was dropping f bombs, It was so absolutely unprofessional. All I wanted to do was leave because of how bad the environment was inside. Then we get our coffees and I’m so happy to leave to go outside and take a sip to spoiled cream. Went back in and asked the coffee to be remade and mentioned it tastes spoiled for them to put the same cream in the second one. Walked back out tasted it and it was terrible. Legit had to dump it out in the parking lot and was not going back in there for them to remake it a 3rd time. Will never be back here and would rather go to the one 10mins down the road...
