Paid for 3 pizzas at 9:17. Sat in my car 20 minutes came in to pick them up and they told me that the order never went through. So the only option was to refund me the money because they were closing. The lady at the front was very nice and apologized a lot. I was super friendly to them and just took the refund and walked out. But they told me the order “never” went through. I don’t care if your closing soon, I ordered food and waited the whole time. Don’t just refund me the money. Make the pizzas and apologize. If I worked there I would have made it happen. We’re from out of town and to be honest that’s just laziness...
