My friend and I waited for 15 minutes for a latte this morning as the one worker continued her work on a delivery order for later in the morning . Instead of working to fill 2 simple cups for us walk-ins, she took her time writing on the many cups and filling those orders while we just watched and waited. I understand that there was an order to fill, however, walk-ins should not have to wait so long as we have time pressures as well. There was no other people in the place so it wasnāt like she couldnāt fill those orders for delivery after serving us. Definitely but customer friendly!
