Will's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Hazen

My husband just discovered Will's Pizzeria today while browsing places to get food nearest us. We were immediately intrigued when we saw the reviews, so we decided to go try it today for lupper! Will's did not disappoint us one bit! I was a little hesitant to try this place, because though I'm a pizza fanatic, I'm very particular about what I eat. However, we really wanted to find a new restaurant that's good and close to our house! We arrived at Will's, there were plenty of parking spaces available on either side of the street.

The entrance was well-lit and inviting. We walked in, and were instantly greeted by a very friendly female staff member who made sure to offer suggestions about the menu and answer our questions. I went all out and ordered their largest pizza (14") with 1 topping (I chose pepperoni). My husband was thrilled to see that they had pasta, so he splurged on the baked spaghetti and added some meatballs! Our order was ready in less than 20 minutes, and I couldn't wait so I sampled a slice of my pizza before even pulling out of the parking lot! Believe me when I say, their pizza is DELICIOUS!! I'm picky, so I don't say this lightly, but it is so good that I could easily eat it several times per week!

When we got home, we dug in and my husband raved about his spaghetti and garlic bread. We are both super impressed with the food, but one thing we're so pleased with is the price! The prices are beyond reasonable for the amount and quality of the food you get. Needless to say, we WILL be coming back to Will's!! We are so looking forward to trying the sandwiches, the chicken tenders & fries, and most of all their dessert! From the service, the clean restaurant, the awesome food, to the prices-Will's Pizzeria is amazing on all fronts and we definitely need to support this small, locally owned business!

*Just stopped by to update my review (7 months after my original review above). Will's has become my favorite pizza place in Arkansas. I eat there weekly, Will and the staff know us and our order because we are regulars here. The food is always amazing. I got an order of garlic knots this time, they're the best ever! It's always nice to see Will working when we visit, it's awesome to see an owner being so involved in his business. Waitresses should learn their negative actions toward customers is bad for the business that employs them.

We drove an hour from out of town to try the place since it was reffred to by a friend.

We arrived an hour before the advertised closing and the two waitresses are standing at the cash register and rolled their eyes at each other as we walked in. We asked if we see ourselfs and was promptly told it's a 55 minute wait on food.

There was no one waiting in line and only 2 tables with patrons setting.

We decided to take our business elsewhere due to the poor customer service.

I just hope the owner / manager reads this and realizes they are losing business due to its employees actions.

My husband and I stopped at Will’s for lunch. The restaurant was charming and extremely clean. The aroma of pizza was enticing and added to the atmosphere of this small town eatery. We ordered a vegetable pizza with a hand-tossed crust. We seated ourselves and talked while waiting on our order. We were approached by a friendly staff member who asked if we needed condiments with our pizza. She recommended their ranch dressing since it was prepared in the restaurant.
