Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Healdton

My aunt stopped today for a large m&m and reese's blast. Notice something wrong with the price and got reaffirmed that it was just a reese's and m&m blast [perasonally heard this while on the phone]. She got home and I start eating it and immediately felt sometime wrong. They added "pb" which was part of the misunderstanding in cost, that did not get properly explained.

I got mixed statements online on whether or not sonic had normal peanut butter topping, or just the peanut butter shake mix that has wheat in it, which i am allergic to. Called the store to verify that it was just the shake mix that was in it.

After the misunderstanding at the store and the lack of any care from the person on the phone I am left with a 10 dollar blast with 5 bites out if it that no one can eat.

After how many incorrect drink orders I've picked up then have had to correct my allergy should have been announced dispite it just being ice cream. Which is why [ontop of no longer being able to eat tonight] I'm not caring to do anything further. I went to Sonic in Healdton 3 weeks ago. Ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese. Veggoes on side. And a Country fried steak sandwich with cheese mustard and pickles. Got home chicken sand.was right. My country fried steak had no cheese mayo lettuce and tomato. I returned my sandwich and told them the correct way and gave my reciept showing the correct order. Ok they remake it. I get home and it was a chicken sandwich with cheese mustard and pickles. So I return again and asked for the manager and I told her how rediculous it was to have to return 1 sandwich 3 times in one day. She proceeds to tell me well it has cheese mustard and. Pickles. And I said yes it does but its a freaking chicken sandwich not a cfs. She snatched the bag out of my hand and walked in the sonic door and threw the returned food in the floor and disappeared out of site. A few min later car hop returns with my sandwich made correctly. Very unprofessional. Thought we would try ice cream tonight. Cant screw that up surely....... Boy was I wrong..my husband got home with what was supposed to be 2 blast. But got melted shakes instead.. Sooo disappointed. We have few places to choose from to eat. Step it up Sonic in...

Very disheartening to pull up and see 4-5 employees all hiding behind that new wooden fence to smoke at the same time... and the rest hanging in the kitchen paying no attention to the drive thru speakers(or maybe they're busted already), since the store remodel service is terrible.. I have not received a correct order YET...

Asking for a no veggies mayo only burger and somehow 20 pickles and everything BUT mayo ends up on it everytime... Ask for double quarterpound CB and it's made obvious the employees don't know their own menu or what goes on the items. Doesn't matter if the alterations are on the receipt or not.. they're not on your food... that's for sure... This review wouldn't exist if this wasn't a repeating problem....

Gave the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was just the rush and busy-ness since the reopening but this is the 4th time it's happened at a time when there was only one other car in the parking lot besides us

second time trying the drive through and nobody answered the speaker... and we were the only vehicle in the drive thru line. Terrible.... Very sad, will no longer give my business to the...
