SuKasa Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Hebbronville

Went to SuKasa tonight to recognize two of my employees for their hard work. We ordered, the first order came out in a reasonable time, the server brought the second later. It appeared that she didn't place my order and asked what I had ordered. She never came back to the table. I went to the counter to change my order to go. After a long while later I went to the counter paid, and cancelled my order. I understand that at times can get busy and things get overwhelmed. It was not that busy and at the very least the server could have returned to the table, explain the issue, but the server could not even look at me while I was paying. This place is lovely asthetically and that about sums that up. We were the 2nd ones in the door on Jan. 3, 2021. The guy that was already there had already been served. After we show up a party of 8, a party of 2, and a party of 3 (we were a party of 5). The waitress decides she was going to serve the big party first that had come in about 10 minutes after us. Now, I am not one to write a bad review but I was beyond upset. After a long two weeks at the ranch we just wanted something other than barbeque. Why she decided to wait on them first was beyond me. I’ve dined in 3 times with my kids and so far so good! It has turned into our new FAVE bonding spot! It’s nice and quiet and very clean!! Since SuKasa offers MANY different types of dishes: Italian, Mexican, seafood etc they are going to have their excellent dishes and they are going to have their mediocre ones! You just have to figure out which ones you like best!! Ya, it’s kinda pricey, but it’s not a hole in the wall… it’s a very nice bar and grill!
