A friend of mine visited from San Antonio and was anxious to try this place out. When we walked in, I saw an advertisement for a mango margarita. I quickly said I wanted that with much anticipation, only to be told by the guy at the counter that they "no longer serve that." So I said "let me have a Sol" as I was looking at the menu. Again, only to be told "we don't carry that anymore." Alright. Feeling a little hungry.I said, "let me have some bacon wrapped jalapenos" the guy at the counter said " we don't carry those anymore" I am not kidding!! STRIKE THREE. So feeling a little exasperated, I ask him to tell me what they did have from the advertised menu so that I could order and be done with it. We chose to eat outside. Although this is on the edge of a busy highway it was pleasant nonetheless. The burgers were awesome and so was my iced tea. Dang it I wanted a margarita!! Well, my friend has come to visit a few times afterwards. And always wants to go there so yeah, I will give them that. The food is worth going out for. I would recommend maybe calling first.Because it takes a little while for the food to come out. My only other suggestion is that they update their menu. It sure would make ordering a lot easier and a lot more pleasant. The guy, I cannot call him a gentleman, was non apologetic and could not have cared less about not having the items that were featured on the. menu I can't say what we ordered because I really can't remember. I was charged for the special, that is fries, burger and a fountain drink. When I said I only wanted the burger and a glass of water the lady who rang me up said the water is contaminated and I have to purchase a water. I agreed to purchase a water then again, she tried to upsell me for fries. Again I declined. She again, said, the price is only a dollar savings with it the special. After getting my water she gave me a cup of ice. I said I hope this ice is not contaminated, she said they have an excellent purification system and the ice is good. If they have a excellent purification system, why can't I get a glass of water from.the tap? I think her job is to take the order and not to up sell for the restaurant. My 2 grandsons, their grandmother, my brother, his wife and two sons and my sister and nephew. I was order 4 of 4. I got the Lucy burger, my favorite. My sister and brother ordered the same burger. The Lucy takes longer to make. After the first 3 orders came out I went to wait for mine. I waited 15 minutes. I went to the counter to ask about my order. Amanda went to the back and 5 minutes later she said my order was being worked on and would be out soon. I told her if had not been started to cancel my order as my family was done with their meals. She reiterated that it would be out soon. I waited another 5-10 minutes and finally the cook brought food to the window. Just not mine. Order number 6. After waiting a little less than an hour I asked Amanda again and if it has not been started to please cancel. She said being my family was done maybe I want my order to go.
