The coffee is mostly good, but inconsistent. I’d gone every day they were open and each time the coffee tasted vastly different. The Anne Oakley is probably my favorite, the Caramel Macchiato is a second favorite. I’ve tried everything on the menu and I’m not impressed by the Salted Maple at all personally, it was one of the worst on the menus and didn’t taste like maple at all. It’s like they ran out of syrup and tossed whatever inside to make a drink... I’ll still probably come back occasionally, just stick to the few favorites that I do have and each time I have tipped the barista because I love to support small businesses. The fact that I feel out of place coming here is what makes me not want to come back or second guess going back, I tried to give it a fair chance going multiple times before writing a review because the place is new. When it comes to the atmosphere, the staff feels standoffish because they don’t know me personally. It’s not good for business in my opinion, even if I live locally they make me feel like I’m an outsider... I’ve tried to compliment the drinks and the place to get a one word reply back or just ignored, even if I’m the only person in there at the time… If I go in and it’s someone they know, they’ll be all bubbly and happy towards them having full conversations, then be very standoffish to those not in their circle. Even asking questions about drinks, they’re standoffish and makes it feel like I’m inconveniencing them. I’ve never had this experience with any small town business I’ve gone to before, especially when I’ve gone in every day they have been open to see if maybe it was just a bad day? It’s also incredibly hot and cramped inside, even if there isn’t many people. And they do have some kind of air conditioner in there, it’s just never running and they don’t have any fans either inside for customers so it’s just very hot. It’s not a place I’d want to sit down and relax with my coffee, I just want to get it and get out as fast as possible tbh I don’t even want to sit outside because I feel out of place going inside to order and being around. They also offer a lot of flavor add ins with syrups, but don’t have which they have available displayed on the menus or anything. Then asking like I said before seems like it’s just a bother based on tone and body language. And they don’t have the sugar free options displayed either, they have sometimes used sugar free in my drink because they ran out and didn’t tell me or they put the sugar one when I asked for sugar free because they didn’t have sugar free left, but didn’t say anything. Some drinks are either overly sweet or not sweet at all, it’s not consistent even on the same drink the same day. The drinks do come out fast and they’re not over priced, they’re priced about the same as Starbucks or Dunkin. They don’t taste as good or as good as Biggby or Coffee Cabin/Espresso Ranch that are also about the same price or cheaper depending on what drinks that you get from them. I don’t know if they are practicing proper allergy handling for their pasty items and coffee items. My fiancĆ©e had an allergic reaction to blueberry that was not supposed to be in the drink, we assume they used the same spoon to mix their drink as they did someone before ours. So that’s a concern. I also don’t see any food handling certificates or anything like that around the shop unless I’m missing them, which food safety in small businesses is also important to prevent seriously illnesses. I hope that this business will grow and learn as time goes on, this review is in no way meant to be negative just trying to share my experience in hopes that maybe it makes a difference and things will get better as time goes on. I’m happy to have a coffee shop that is in town.

Sooooo good! Got the Annie Oakley iced latte and a Rice Krispie treat and both were amazing! So excited to have such a cute little coffee shop here in Hebron! The owners were also very sweet šŸ’•šŸ¤

Went here last weekend with a family member after wanting to try it for a while. When we walked in we weren’t greeted and when we were at the register we had to initiate our order. There were no obvious menus so we had to pick off of the fall menu. We saw posts about baked goods on Facebook but there was zero advertisement of any food in the store. I understand the girls are younger but there was zero customer service. It also took quite a while for our drinks. Two girls there, only one made the drinks while the other stood there, chatting with a friend that came in. I will say the drinks were very good but feeling unwelcome makes it difficult to enjoy...

I got an iced caramel macchiato and it was delicious. I'm so picky about my coffee but I'm pleased to say it was so so good. I'm so excited to have a really good coffee shop in Hebron, so close to home! I'll definitely be a frequent customer. And the workers...
