My husband and I found a quint charming restaurant in Heflin, Alabama

They are open Friday and Saturday opens at 5 o’clock

We decided to try it and we were not at all disappointed

It’s been open about a year and we will definitely go back soon

They do not serve alcohol, but you are welcome to bring your wine or beer your choice but we chose water

Highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, especially if you like Italian food

I was a little skeptical about eatting at an Italian restaurant in Heflin, AL since moving from Southern Cali but thought I would give it a try. OMG! It was absolutely amazing! My husband and I both had a small caesar salad ... delicious! For our entree, I had the Lasagna and my husband had the Wild Mushroom Ravioli. My Lasagna was delicious and my husband's entree was out of this world amazing! We still talk about his entree and can't wait to have it again. Oh! And the desserts .... amazing! I highly, highly recommend going to Almost Italy in Heflin! The food is delicious, the people are so nice and personable, and the atmosphere is quiet...

What a hidden gem! I, my husband and mom had dinner there and it was amazing! Hubs had the meat lasagna, and mom and I both had the lobster ravioli special. We also started with rosemary focaccia.

The food was outstanding - fresh, creamy and generous in portions, too. The owner visited every table to ensure satisfaction. You can take your own wine, which we did, and they uncork and serve for no fee.

The ambiance is outstanding, as well, with lovely lighting, dark linens, and exposed beams - all in a cozy space.
