Worst service AND food I've had in a long time. Was sat down with only one other family seated in the dine-in area. We weren't given menus, had to find them ourselves. After we ordered, with a waitress who kept mumbling so quietly to the point you couldn't hear or understand her, we waited a little over an hour for the food to come out for just 2 of us. No untensils, napkins, or seasonings were on the table or around. Both entrees were brought out seperately. Lasagna had a massive pile of sauce on the plate that was nothing but grease from the meat. Sauce was completely flavorless, and lasagna was cold in the middle (1/3 of it). Linguini with clams in clam sauce was drenched in a ridiculous amount of butter/oil, 3/4 of the clams were overcooked, and the other 1/4 weren't even opened. While we were trying to eat what we could, a family sat down and was there for about 10 minutes with no drinks or acknowledgment. The cook walked over and asked if they were waited on yet, they said no. He apologized and said someone should be with them soon, that earlier in the day was pretty busy and crazy...but then he turned around 5 feet from them and then started folding tablecloths and taking menus off the tables, etc. For some reason that was more important then just taking their order for them and helping out. As one of the main workers and chefs, you'd think he wouldn't be that ignorant to your customers. No one ever came back to see if we had everything, needed anything else, etc. Couldn't even tell them the problems with our food due to that. They shouldn't do dine-in if that's how they represent their business and...
Read moreI have been looking for real NY, NJ style pizza in the area but hadn’t found one till now. Received a recommendation from Sam at Ridgeview Farms Brewery and winery. Was told Sal was from I believe Brooklyn. They do a lot of take out and there was only a few customers. That never discourages me as it is summer and people don’t eat out as much. Met Sal when I walked in the door and we talked, told him about Sam. Also asked if he had a dish I don’t see everywhere, we discussed that as well. I broke the bottom of my foot bad and was on crutches. I already knew the pizza I wanted and wasn’t disappointed. I ordered a baby pizza and it was what other places would call a medium. I ordered it extra thin and crispy. It was perfect, fresh veggies and ricotta cheese. I was in heaven. Sal also said he uses the same cheese I use in my Alfredo and a very expensive specialty cheese from Italy. I try and do GF so I will have the gnocchi’s on my next trip. When I was finished I was asked not to leave as he had something for me. I waited and he brought me some of what he made for his staff for dinner, which was the dish we had spoken about. It was such a blessing as I have a hard time cooking with the crutches. It was enough for me to eat twice. I am so glad I found my pizza place and more. Great job Sal and your staff who were friendly and attentive. I left my wallet in the car and his daughter walked me out and I gave her the cash so I didn’t have to walk back and forth on crutches. Great...

I was there today I ordered 2 cheese steaks 2 slices of pizza a can of coke and 12 liter bottle of coke my bill was $28.4? I wasn't given a receipt. I gave the woman $100.00 she had to go to the back to get change because they just opened the woman said. She handed me the change WITHOUT counting it outloud to me. I put the loose change and 2 one dollar bills in the tip jar. I left and went to the gift store 3 businesses down from the pizza shop in the same strip mall. My bill from the gift shop was $49.00 I pulled the change from the pizza shop out ofmy pocket. There was only $26.00 I told the owners of the gift shop how I short changed from don carlones pizza shop. They said go back and explain it to her she is very nice. I went back to the pizza shop and spoke to the lady she acted like she didn't care not she wouldn't even take my cell number and when they check the drawer later that night to see if their over $40.00.
