Have had good and negative experiences here. But since I have been here two times that is not saying much. We came in to play pool (yes they do usually have pool tables open) but the first thing my son tells me is that the bartender was rude. I said to my son that maybe he may have misinterpreted him or maybe he was having a bad night. I decided to put a few songs on at tge jukebox while we finished our last game of pool. When I put in dollars for juke box and After I had inserted money the female said no more music at 1:40a.m. I said okay. I then picked one song and they turned the music off when it started. There was no way to get my $5 back, although it isn't really even about the $ it is just the whole point. Now in my personal opinion they should have offered me a refund or informed me before I inserted my bill as I did not see a way to get it back. They also did not offer a apology. Maybe one of the bartenders could have said "Oh hey we have to turn the music off at this time. I am really sorry about that."). Instead we both felt as if it was amusing to them. I did tell them I was just gonna play one song and then forget it and that I had inserted my bill in the machine before the woman bartender yelled to me that I could not play music. Yes a little thing but those little details add up.(There are other things also) We were also in a round of pool that we just walked away from at that point. The time before we were here the bartender was nice, this time I just really am unsure what to think. Now on the plus side they do have lots of pool tables and electronic dart boards so I do not think anyone would normally have a hard time getting a table or board. Honestly, if I could give this place zero stars, I would. The bartender (who had a mole near her lip) was the rudest person. My boyfriend tried asking for a drink, she just rolled her eyes and said, “We are a HIGH VOLUME bar, we don’t even make those.” She could have said it in a politer manner. But was absolutely rude until the end. Definitely ruined our evening, left relatively quick after that. I do not recommend coming here.
