Lilja's Premiere Pizza — Restaurant in Hempfield Township

If I can give 0 stars at this point I would. I have been ordering food from this place for the past year now and every time I do, my order gets messed up. I ordered a pizza last Monday and when I brought it home it was burnt and not even sliced. I called up complaining and the same young man that answers the phone who sounds like he's either drunk or on drugs told me that they couldn't remake the pizza because they ran out of dough. He said that he would put my name down for a pizza for free another time. I got his name and the managers name that night but with the holidays going on I misplaced it. I called there tonight to redeem my free pizza and asked to speak to the manager. A lady named Mary came on the phone. She was extremely rude. Didn't let me talk, told me my name wasn't in the books and didn't know who I spoke with. I told her the kid I spoke with sounded like he was out of it and every time I order there he sounds off. She was like what's your name and I'll call you tomorrow. I told her I was trying to redeem my pizza tonight. I told her that I am a manager myself of a very large company and I would never talk to my customers like this, especially ones that come here a few times a week. They're right outside my neighborhood so its a matter of convenience. She actually had the nerve to say to me, well then as a manager you should've known to write down the boys name that you spoke to then. I am completely outraged by how she spoke to me on the phone. She finally said as me being a good manager then I will give you the pizza tonight. At this point I don't even want it. They just lost a good customer. I will never order food from this place again. I want to preface this review and say that the quality of the food was good and we have ordered multiple times in the past few years without issues. However, this latest order soured all of our previous experiences enough to no longer support their business. After ordering a Friday special that clearly stated a free small cheese pizza with the purchase of an xl 3 item pizza, the pizzas were swapped - the small pizza had the 3 toppings and the xl was just a plain cheese pizza. We essentially paid $24 for an xl cheese pizza. The fact that the pizzas were made incorrectly was not the biggest issue. I've worked in food service and understand mistakes happen all the time. But when we called to make the problem known, we were told the pizzas were made correctly and we placed the order wrong (not sure how thats something we control on our end but okayyy). When we said that the cheese pizza costed nearly $10 more than what it should have, their reply was, "yep". Then they hung up on us. I love Premier Pizza in Greensburg a lot but I will no longer order from them. The dude they had working lunch on 2/8, was rude and hung up on me when I called to complain that my Pepsi was not in my order and I had paid for it. The driver went to Sunoco to get another soda but my pizza got cold. I asked how they were going to make it right and the dude said he wasn't. He could have offered my free delivery on my next order but he was nasty instead. I was also asked if I was going to tip when I placed the order.
