US Foods — Restaurant in Hempfield Township

This is by FAR the worst place to deliver at. I was late for my 9am appointment got there at 10ish 10:15am or so.. they charged me $100 for being late okay cool. I got a door right away started unloading immediately. Got the green light in 30mins. They were all done unloading the truck(dry van). I got a text message about payment got the payment done. All this happened in like an hour. WHY DID IT TAKE THEM ALMOST 3hrs to get my signed BOL.!!!???? What in the world is going on. I miss my next load which ruling my entire weekend. The lumber service at this location and most places that use’s this lumber service are terrible. The guy that checked me in I didn’t know what to call him or her. He was nice but the white young lady that sat by the door entrance was very rude. I was talking to the young man telling him that they been done unloading my truck and here she comes interrupting me “NO BODY TOLD US YOU'RE SO!!” I didn’t say a word to her because it wasn’t gonna be good if I did. So to all y’all Capstone employees it’s because of the drivers you got a job. DO YOUR JOBS. You have to understand that our family depends on us just as your family depends on you to provide for them. If we the driver waiting for over 3hre to get loaded or unloaded chances are we’ll loose other opportunities such as, lost HOS, missed next load etc. there are so many negative reviews about this place I don’t know what management is doing to improve the quality of services here. Hands down this is the worst Food Warehouse I have ever been to.! I have been here since 7 this morning it is now 3:16 in the afternoon I only had four pallets on my truck for them there is still eight cases of bacon sitting on the floor of my trailer and they're arguing with OS and D about it and I was told to go back across the street and wait three times today I went back across that street to wait the ladies in the office well I'm a gentleman so I'm not going to say it but they lack in the customer service department. I don't think I will ever come back here again another Tyson driver was here his appointment was 7 this morning and he is going back across the street for the third time now and he has three pallets still on his truck he's about to lose his mind and he ain't such a gentleman about it but anyway good luck guys there is overnight parking across the street the guard shack up on the hill there's a trailer and that's where your check-in at don't go down below and try to check in wrong place. Big mistake, I wish I listened to the reviews and never came here, this place is a disaster, listen people DO NOT COME HERE I repeat, do not bring a load here, you will regret it! I got here the night before at midnight, only slept 4 hours and woke up at 4 am to check in for a 5 am appointment, it is now 11am still no door yet, had to cancel my reload and who knows when I'll be out of here, worst part is the broker caps detention at 200$ max as per the contract, big waste of money to come here, Crapstone runs this place, not they're lazy but also rude, I went to the check in window after the 5 hour mark to see if everything is alright and if they have the correct phone number for my phone and they were giving me looks and didn't answer me instead they were looking at each other as if they were making fun of me for asking.
