New China Henderson — Restaurant in Henderson

This WAS my favorite Chinese restaurant until the new owners took over. The lady that is in charge is very hateful and rude. I always believe in tipping(as I was a server before). But I refuse to tip if there's no server ever appeared during the course of my whole meal besides receiving my silverware and drinks. The last time I ate here, I was with a friend and my 3yo. I only had a Pepsi. As we were leaving, I asked if I could have a Pepsi to go. The lady responded, "it's going to be extra because you are leaving". My response was, "Ma'am, had you ever returned to my table ONCE, I would've had a couple refills, but you not once came back until you gave us the bill as we were leaving". She gave me the UGLIEST attitude and said, "I will never do this again, next time you pay for drink! You not get free no more"! I was floored. I didn't even respond. So, we were going to try this place as hubs is a huge fan of Chinese food and a shopkeeper in the area said they were good. This was not the case. First of all, there was supposedly a grade A rating posted on the door and I don’t know how they earned that. The place is run down and we were greeted by a bad smell upon entrance. That should have been our first clue. But we sat down and took turns filling our plates. I’m more fussy about what I’ll eat, but normally there is enough to choose from that I can eke out a meal. Not here. The few things I got, were barely warm, with the exception of the wonton soup, which was hot, but missing the wontons. My husband notated flies on the buffet, but still chose a few dishes and some sushi. One bite and his face turned. We walked out. The food was a disgrace to the Chinese culture. Absolutely not like they use to be. The building needs upgraded inside where the wallpaper is peeling off the walls all around. We went in for take out and the food was not fresh. I asked for more chicken fried rice and it was very mushy like ramen noodles, the oranges were warm and soggy like they had been out all day and the crab ragoons weren't even done all the way. They did bring out what I asked for but what they brought wasn't any better than what was out there. The past couple times I came in it has been this way, their glass they brought to drink out of was very dirty and food floating in it. My fork was dirty as well, if it's the dishwashers fault okay but check your silverware before to place it out to be used. Wouldn't...
