Remedy's Conestoga Way — Restaurant in Henderson

Food is Great, Service is TERRIBLE !! I found out about this place through door dash. Every time i would place an order i would upgrade from french fries to onion rings and i would Never get those onion rings. happened like 4 times. Not a big deal, the upgrade was a $1 i figure ill go eat inside the restaurant. I go w/ a friend, it took about 15mins to get someone's attention, mind you the place was not that busy but it seemed the bartender was just hanging out. We get our drinks, we finish them before the food comes out. I tell the bartender my friend and i are stepping out for a brief moment. 10mins go by we come back inside, our food is already at the table...no napkins, no condiments, no seasoning , drinks still empty, bartender hanging out w/ the same group oblivious to whats going on.. i get up and go over to the counter to grab what was needed hoping something to be said. i grab my napkins, my ketchup, some salt, bartender didn't even notice... AGAIN this place is NOT BUSY IN THE MOMENT. We finish our food, No drinks w/ our meal, sadly. We leave very disappointed. On another visit, I go by myself, i wouldn't EMBARRASS myself w a friend w their poor service from the last experience . It's a little pass midnight on a weekday. I go in place my order hang out in the restaurant, i make it to go. Again, The business was not busy this night. I do not understand why i had to wait 50mins for a burger... sad. Upon me getting up and asking for the status on my food, bartender looks at my confused and says "they didn't bring it out to you?" In my head, the answer is no because i wouldn't be asking you this question if they did, So they're a little slow, thats ok. Bartender brings me my food, No Apology for the wait. Doesn't offer anything for the inconvenience like good food businesses would. I didn't even get ranch for my fries. I was upset because on other visits the wait is usually 30mins not 50mins and he knew that.. Poor Communication, Horrible Hospitality Service i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and if anyone from this place would like reach out by all means... and this was the short version of how terrible this...

Ordered a few times out from here, specifically the BBQ BRISKET GRILLED CHEEZE, and a BROWNIE SUNDAE with chocolate and caramel sauce to add on the side which has NEVER disappointed in the 3-4 times I’ve Uber eats from here. This was the first time sitting down inside. Very large inside, very clean, the atmosphere was very relaxed and definitely wouldn’t be a bad place for a large group or just going by yourself. I ordered the BBQ PORK BELLY PRETZEL BURGER with a side of SWEET POTATO FRIES. The fries arrived not warm at all, they would have been at least good. Cold soggy fries were disappointing. The burger was amazing, extremely messy but in a good way, the sauce was amazing with it. I’m thankful for how sloppy it gets for the true ratio you want of the burger. My guest ordered the BUFFALO CHICKEN FINDERS with ONION RINGS. Food was at a great temperature at the arrival as well as the food portions were favorable. The flavors were everything you would want with some spicy taste. Besides the temp of the fries, definitely would order all these dishes again. Our server Samantha greeted us right away as soon as we were seated. She was kind and patient when we needed time to look over the menu. She was very kind and attentive with us needing drink refills, we never needed to request her to visit our table. She was always there with more napkins after that burger. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Would most definitely return for another experience and try more things...

We stopped in at Remedy’s Tavern and were told the Tuesday taco special was the thing to try. Unfortunately, the taco shell was like biting into air—no flavor aside from heat, and the filling was super dry, and had a few small crumbles of chicken on it. My margarita was decent, but nothing memorable.

Service was lacking; staff were largely inattentive and didn’t check in much. For MOST of the evening they weren't even at the bar, they were hiding in the kitchen. One girl just walked around aimlessly behind the bar, but never checked on anyone.

My boyfriend ordered a sandwich that was completely drowned in the same hot sauce they used on the tacos—seems like they lean heavy on one sauce for everything. Fries were just okay, nothing standout.

The atmosphere was clean and clearly updated, a little loud but not unbearable. The bathrooms were clean too, which is always a plus.

Overall, it felt overpriced for the quality. Not the worst meal, but not something we’d go out of our way to repeat.

The doors were also not ADA compliant, and did not have a push button and upon entering the restaurant they had a hallway with a door on the left and right, and the bathrooms. None of their inside doors either would be compliant for anyone with a wheelchair or a mobility disability.

We also were hollowed at on our way out because the staff didn't feel as if we tipped enough. We did leave a tip, based on the "service" we got - clearly the employees felt entitled to something...
