I recently visited Vintner’s Table with high expectations, given its reputation and the beautiful location. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my observations in the hope that management will take these points seriously and make the necessary improvements. **Ambiance and Views:** The one redeeming feature of Vintner’s Table is its picturesque setting. The views are indeed stunning, offering a serene backdrop that is perfect for a relaxing day out. However, the positives largely end here. **Service:** The service at Vintner’s Table was shockingly poor. From the moment we arrived, the staff was noticeably rude and unwelcoming. Our attempts to engage with them or seek assistance were met with indifference and, at times, outright hostility. This lack of basic customer service skills is alarming and detracts significantly from the overall experience. **Management:** It was evident that the issues with the staff stem from the top down. Management seemed completely disinterested in addressing any concerns or ensuring that guests had a pleasant visit. This apathetic attitude is concerning and suggests a deeper, systemic problem within the establishment. **Food and Drinks:** The food and drinks offered were mediocre at best. Given the winery's reputation, I had anticipated a higher standard. Instead, the meals were uninspired, lacking in flavor, and did not justify the price. The wine, which should be a highlight, was equally disappointing and did not stand out in any way. **Overall Experience:** Despite the beautiful views, the overall experience at Vintner’s Table was highly unsatisfactory. The combination of rude staff, indifferent management, and subpar food and drinks makes it difficult to recommend this place. There are many other wineries in the area that offer far superior service and quality, and I would much rather visit those establishments in the future. In conclusion, I hope that Vintner’s Table takes this feedback to heart and makes the necessary changes to improve their service and offerings. Until then, I cannot recommend this winery to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

A lovely experience! My recommended dining experience: seasonal cocktail with goat cheese fitters, a bottle of bat cave red, the filet mignon and chocolate cake. My husband and I have dined here several times and watched the new restaurant kinks get worked out. The Dec/Jan staff is a solid team. Reservations recommended as it supports the staffing plan. The dining experience is a must when visiting the area and when celebrating as a local. Reservations will be required when the word gets out. I have also had and enjoyed the smashburger, bolognese, spinach dip, and wings. To drink the apple sangria, campfire martini and harvest gold wine are delightful.

Absolutely one of the finest restaurants I have ever been privileged to visit. My wife and I were there after they have been open for only two weeks. The staff is remarkable and the food is absolutely delicious. If you get a chance to visit, ask for Heagan. Her welcoming smile and cheerful disposition complement any meal that you would order. Her knowledge of this vineyards selections is second to none. Depending on your dinner selections, she can pair a wine perfectly.

This place is fantastic! My wife and I frequent the chimney rock location of Burntshirt Vineyards but with the disaster of hurricane Helene that has wiped out chimney rock, and my wife’s birthday being this week I figured I would take a chance at checking this location out and I’m so glad we did!

The staff was very friendly, from our waiter Landon(who gave my wife and I a tour of the facility after) to the manager Che and all the way down to the chef, Steve. It’s a very relaxed and laid back atmosphere which was so nice, we were close to the fireplace which was a nice touch since the weather was in the 40’s. My wife had their chicken salad sandwhich and potato wedges which she loved and I had their Cajun Chicken Pasta and it was the definition of delicious! Over all of this we had 2 wine flights, and to wrap it up their white chocolate bourbon bread pudding and it’s by far the best I’ve ever had. Bread pudding is one of my all time favorite desserts and this was the best without question.

If you and your family, or you and your s/o are looking to get out and enjoy a delicious meal in a place of relaxation, this is absolutely it. Their wine assortment is great and the wine slushies they have also, are super refreshing on top of being tasty!

The atmosphere behind the restaurant with outdoor seating was really nice, they have a fire pit outside so you can relax even in the chilly weather, but should also be a great atmosphere for the summertime...

We were here a few years ago and it was an extremely bad experience and I gave my review. I decided since we have a vacation home here to give it another go. Hands down poor experience. We literally waited and had to go in for our drinks. Appetizers severed no plates. We went back in for plates. The guy who waited on our table never came back as we could have used some tea. A different server a young woman brought out the scanner to pay for our food however we were not done. We were going to.order food not just apitizers however we felt rushed to leave. So we asked for more tea as she was rushing us to pay. She brought the tea but again.maDe it seem we had to leave. I am wine connoisseurs, your wine is mediocre however the food and view is amazing. Your wine has gotten.better in the last year but I am a wine snob and lived in Italy for 4 years,, I am a bit biased. I manage a buisness and Your buisnees could do better. We want an experience. Not a feeling of being pushed out. Your Cab is pretty good but your view is spectacular. You have much room for improvement. Train your staff better it was almost as bad as our wine tasting experience...
