Friends — Restaurant in Hennessey

I used to give it at least a 3 but now it’s straight up a ZERO STAR FACILITY. I actually had to put one star because it would let me leave it blank.🙄🙄🙄🙄 I have live in this town since I was born, except for the 3 years I just lived in Seattle, WA. I recently moved back and decided to go meet my friends at the bar like I have in the past. This was the ONE night I had free in a long time. I go in expecting the usual service. NOPE. Rude service to my friend who goes to the establishment every Thursday who meets with her friends. Bartender told us both that our ID’s did not look like us and we were kicked out immediately. These are the ID’s that we have used multiple time in this place.. the ones that we went to the DMV to legally get.

The minute I go online and post about my experience at this place, the HUSBAND of the bartender hops on MY post and insults us. Both the OWNER and the MANAGER come on there as well and disrespect us and say lies. They disregard the customer concerns/complaint and immediately tell us we are wrong for posting about it and THAT WE ARE BANNED FROM OUR HOMETOWN BAR.😂😂😂😂 they made themselves look like an complete A-hole of themselves. Bullying 2 girls who voiced their opinion online about the bad service at their facility.

Instead of looking at a customer complaint and asking that person, “how can we help avoid this situation in the future? Maybe after we resolve this you could remove your post?” The owner, manager, and husband of the bartender came on there and told us that we were fragile, young people & the owners were quick to ban us from ever coming back to their establishment. (The bar that we have come to since we turned 21)

It is a good thing I don’t want waste anymore of my money on an establishment that can’t take constructive criticism from people and are sitting there letting their business sink. Friends Bar has an opportunity to not dry up, it is all up to the management to decide that.

I wonder what business would look good replacing them… all I know is that what ever goes there when it gets shut down or dries up, it is going to be a hell of a lot better that this bar and its whole staffing...

Waitress acted like it was a pain to get a customer since change for the jute box. My friend and I didn't feel like it was very friendly. The ladies sitting at the bar was very friendly. I hate leaving...
