Pizza Ranch — Restaurant in Herman Township

This was the first time that i had ever ate at a Pizza Ranch, and needless to say, I wont be going back. Once my order was placed, i took a seat and had to wait for well over 20 minutes to get my 4 piece chicken dinner. when it finally came out i started to tear into it only to find that it was totally raw on the inside. I'm not talking about a little bit of raw either. I'm talking about juices still flowing like something you just de-thawed out of the freezer. Obviously they apologized and offered me a refund or that could take it back and try again. I was hungry so i said i would wait. 15 minutes later they come out and ask me to check it out to make sure it was good. I broke open the largest piece of chicken and it was good to go. So i started eating (and to be honest the chicken is just "ok") once i finished with the large piece of chicken i went to grab the biscuit. I was totally cold... so i went for the potato wedges.... totally cold.... so im like screw it, went for another piece of chicken... totally cold... They brought the same plate of food back out with only one new piece of chicken on it!!! DO NOT GO TO PIZZA RANCH IN MADISON. While their manners were polite when they are talking to you, that does not excuse the unprofessional attitude toward their work ethic. Most of the time i was in there, everyone was just standing around talking. Go at your own risk and please CHECK YOUR CHICKEN...

We walk in and are greeted by someone that clearly hated her job and looked like she was going to quit. Go for drinks and it's majority of carbonation and almost no drink syrup. We get our food and the pizza was very soaked with grease, the chicken was dry and soaked with grease. There was no corn like what pizza ranch doesnt have corn. I tried shrugging it off and went for some dessert and I tried five things. The first thing was the pudding and it was very sour like if you licked a lemon, the second thing was the two dessert pizzas the normal cactus bread was basically chewing chalk. The blueberry dessert pizza was very bland and nobody couldn't taste anything. The ice cream was the consistency of marshmallow fluff and tasted like a backwashed rootbeer. The final dessert I had was the cookie and it was burnt to a crisp. Over all I refuse to eat here again and I would suggest actually making decent food for once in your...

I’ve had good experiences in the past but tonight was overly frustrating. I ordered two pepperoni pizzas around 6:30, I had to give them my address two times and I was told it would arrive in 20 minutes. After an hour of waiting, I decided to call again and ask about the status of my order. I was greeted in a rude way and was told they had an abundance of orders come in all at once with only one delivery driver and that it would be another 15 minutes before we’d see our order. After waiting another HOUR, I called back and they said the order was lost, but then found and it was ordered in store and paid for. I had to give them my name and address again over again. Keep in mind, I called in for delivery and hadn’t paid since I had cash. We are still currently waiting after 30 minutes of the last call and they close...
