Pebble Drive In — Restaurant in Herreid

My husband and I stopped to get a something to eat quick since we have been driving since early morning. Food was great but when the lady in the front came to take our order she didn’t even say hi or what can i get for you nothing was really rude. Mind you i have never been here when i was asking her questions it’s like she didn’t even want to answer and if she did it was with an attitude. Ordered some fried food Cheese curds were burnt and idk if it was the breadding or cheese but super salty, unfortunately so were the fried pickles.. However the shake n freeze were deluciouz!! I grew up.in a small lil town in SD so i definitely appreciate the nice quiet and cozy atmosphere of the place. Might stop in again to grab a shake and try a burger.
