We came the day of the Labor Day Parade, and this had to be one of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant in a very long time other than the food was tasty, it was ruined by horrible service. The waitress just seemed really out of it. She sat us and then pretty much forgot about us. Gave us our soups when we're suppose to get 3 we got one took like 35 min to get soups. Then when asked about others one broccoli came out like 10 min later and chicken like 15 mins later in styrofoam bowl and we as told out of bowls at moment. 40 mins to get drinks refilled which was only one refill. Food took almost a hour to get we ordered simple easy stuff 2 items off kids meal and 2 adult meals which were burger meals. When she brought our meals they were missing stuff she had to go back like 2 different times to retrieve those items. Overall food was good broccoli soup was a little salty but nothing to crazy and our other food was good. Just needed better service this place would be good. Waited like 10 mins also to be rung up. I get they were busy but we eat at alot busier places that handle just fine. Just felt we shouldn't have had two ask so many times for a refill before...

We were having a truck serviced down this way and found this local food spot. We love Mom & Pop restaurants! Unfortunately, this restaurant did not deliver very good food. I ordered the steak skewer as I love grilled meat and I even have been know to like burnt meat. The onions and peppers were great as well as the rice however the steak was grilled so much that I could not chew it. It was beyond blackened! The waitress was nice enough to take it off since I ate the 2 pieces of steak that were not that burnt beyond recognition. My husband ordered a Poor Boy with onion rings. The Poor Boy had no flavor except for the cheese. The bread was cooked perfectly though. The onion rings looked like they were hand breaded and perfectly crisped. The service was okay as well and no complaints there. I wished I could have given a better review. This restaurant needs improvements on flavor and cooking steak. If this restaurant was in a larger city it would not be open...

been here approx 1/2 dozen times including rehearsal dinner. Well last time I came in bill was approximately $125 for 6 of us . One of the guests was a senior citizen and wouldn't eat very much so and if could use child portion rudely told no . When we had I child at table and was ordering full meal for them. So decided just to share with mom only wanted soup and mine came with so have to her and ordered her drink. Well when paying Bill noticed charge for meal sharing. Well tonight ordered 5 meals on phone pickup order got told price of item's as we ordered each. Wife went to pick up and was surcharge added to each meal for dine out.
