Went to your restaurant the Saturday before mothers day last year and they were very busy and we had a long wait but they apologized to us about this several times and asked us to try them again. By far, the fanciest place to eat in Hesston if not the area. It's a sit down with a salad buffet, so definitely not finger food. There are actual buffet days where there's Verenika and sasage so don't miss it. Just be aware that there are many other people who also know that this is one of the nicer places to eat in the area.
