El Valle Mexican Restaurante — Restaurant in Hickory Flat

My wife and I agreed this has to be the best Mexican restaurant we've ever been too for Quality and service. Then I was having a conversation with another friend about this place and he said the same thing before I could bring it up. That says a lot because I'm Gen X. I've eaten alot of Mexican and we have at least 11 Mexican restaurants in Corinth MS, plus dozens all around us and in between our home and Hickory Flat. My friend lives west of Guntown.

The seasoning is perfect. They know their craft here. Sure, its a small place. Not your typical glamorous building but I'd rather drive an hour back here than the 11...

Hello, self-proclaimed professional mexican food critic here. Simply put.. El Valle is well priced high quality food. Excellent fresh made salsa with just a little heat to it, perfection. I ordered the monster quesadilla and this was a mistake, as this beast isnt fit for one hungry man, but two. For only $12 with sides (this would be at least $16-18 at most places if they dared to compare sizes). They were not stingy on ingredients on the entrée, the chips and salsa refills. I had a pleasant and friendly waiter who immediately tended to my requests. My experience was well and intend to return when i am back...

Small quite hole in the wall Mexican restaurant with amazing service and food. The chips were great and hot the salsa with just the right kick. My husband got the monster quesadilla and he can kill some food and only ate half🤯😲 yes half. I got the super El Valle quesadilla and I could not stop eating it. Literally I don't normally finish a plate that size especially after chips and salsa however I knew I'd be miserable from over eating later but I could not stop.
