Eddie's Concessions — Restaurant in Hickory Grove

Ordered burgers for me and my daughter. While waiting I looked I to the kitchen and witnessed the cook wipe sweat from her head with her bare hands, wipe it onto her pants legs and then make my food. I was so mad I went ahead and paid and left instead of causing a scene. Took my food hoke and tossed it into the trash. Once I got home I called and spoke to the manager. He refused to do anything and said "well she is new so...." like there wasn't an issue and basically blew me off. I'll make my own burgers...

We usually have the BEST experience with Eddies! We love to eat there, and it’s always amazing food. However, tonight we called to place an order and the waitress answering the phone was extremely rude. We politely asked for someone else to take our phone call and she got defensive and told us that her attitude was because “they were busy”. In my experience, you don’t get to be rude because there is good business… I ended up calling c&m instead, and will prefer not to eat at eddies...

Ms Tammy Emma made us feel like family the food was awesome I wish I could give 10 stars the burger was great no pre-made fresh. We stopped in on our way traveling and will make that 2 hr drive from ga just to eat here again this place is a must to eat at will be back Jerry...
