The first time i visited they were amazing. Fresh hot food great flavor. Even better customer service. This is my second time visiting it’s been a while but it’s no where near as good as it was. I wonder if they changed cooks. Everything was dry and cold. Like i know Birria isn’t something that is made right then. But a crockpot on warm with a lil a beef broth would help the situation. I really think they are now fixing it early and not fresh when you make them. The shells that are supposed to have a crisp to it doesn’t and the soft tacos have become rubbery. Then chicken was even drier than the beef. I dont think i would be coming back. Nothing is worse than wasting your money. I wish New restaurants would understand what’s going to keep customers coming back. Understand you are a small business but you can’t cut back on the quality of food. I can’t say I would suggest this place again. Plus the restaurant responses back to the customers that has received old gross food says more than a little bit. The 1st time i went Customer service was amazing. Looks like things...
Read moreWe were greeted with a warm and welcoming smile. We order and dine in, all was well. I had ordered 3 quesabirra, 1 kids ACP, Jamaica, Horchata and a bottle of water. In my opinion, the Birra was a bit dry and tough. But the consume broth that comes with it had nice flavor. I used alot of lime and salsa Verde. I would probably rate it a 6/10, comparing to other Quesabirras in my past. The Kids ACP was actually recommended by the women who greeted us. It was good. Chicken, rice, and drizzled queso served with a side of tortilla. Definitely kid and adult approved!! 10/10! The Jaimica and Horchata were packed with flavors. Jamaica was perfect amount of sweetness to the tea ratio 10/10. The Horchata was very tasty as well. Just a tad bit sweeter. You can taste more condense milk then cinnamon. But it's not an overpowering sweet. 9/10!! Overall experience was good, friendly, and well kept. I would definitely return to try other things on the menu. I love to support local...
Read moreMy friend and I together drove an hour and a half to try this place out, we saw their post about Torta Ahogada & Tacos al pastor, as foodies, we just HAD to check it out.
Torta- If you’ve been to Guadalajara you know the bread is special, this one was regular bread however, the carnitas inside had great flavor and the portion was great! The tomato sauce was decent and the spicy one, whew! Was fire! True Ahogada style.
Tacos al Pastor- Flavorful and the pieces of pineapple gave it a nice touch. Authentic for sure.
We also tried the Taco Birrias, they were well served, plenty of meat. Worth the price, not as flavorful as the other two dishes.
Jamaica was delicious and the horchata was just ok.
Owner was very friendly. We...
