Tops China — Restaurant in High Point

I would give this place 0 stars just because of the guy at the front. Today I walked in for the first time to pick up 2 plates. He gave them to me and I paid. Before I left I asked for hot oil and he came back with 1 (mostly grease), I kindly asked for a second one as I was picking up for a coworker as well and he said he could only give me one and even told me to give half. I explained kindly a couple of times thinking it was a misunderstanding but no. At the end I ended up paying for more hot oil. A couple that said they were frequent even told me that not even the owners act that way. I do understand they might limit the hot sauce but if its for two different plates at least give me one per plate. I did enjoy the food but the service to me is way more important and I've never had similar situation at any other...

I have eaten here since the original owners, my family orders a couple times a week. I went yesterday to pickup my food. I saw an egg roll on the floor. They kept walking past it. Finally a lady picked it up and put it in the fridge. I addressed them about it. The guy went back, took a pair of tongs, reached between the oven and fridge floor, picked up an egg roll and showed it to me. He wanted me to believe that was the egg roll I saw. No... that's a different egg roll. I actually saw the lady pick one up and place in fridge. I knew they would because the boy kept walking over it but never touching it with his foot. On top of that, the tongs he used to pick the other up from between the stove he never washed. He placed it back in pan to re-use. Tops China you are nasty, you just lost a...

Absolutely Fabulous Chinese Food...I was greeted with a smile and assisted with picking the right item from the menu. I had no idea what to order and the cashier showed me a book with pictures and helped me select the Beef with Veggies Spicy with chicken fried rice. The free cup of Iced Tea (reminds me of home in Philadelphia) was Delicious and not overly sweetened like most sweet tea in the South. I had forgotten about this place when I lived in High Point but I’m so glad I found it and the Google reviews did not disappoint. Best Chinese Food...
