Crazy Gator Pizza — Restaurant in Highland Charter Township

The past several times I’ve ordered for delivery they have told me it would be close to an hour even though we are 15 minutes away from the location. After an hour head passed called and was told that the pizza was just coming out of the oven and it would be a be arriving soon. This has happened multiple times. Then the pizza would arrive in 20 minutes. The last time I called I was told the pizza would arrive in an hour. It didn’t so I called again and was told it was just coming out of the oven. About 20 minutes later I called again and was told it was just coming out of the oven . The girl I talk to was very confrontational and disrespectful and said it was just coming out of the oven. When I expressed my anger she told me that she was not delivering my pizza and was going to hang up on me which she did. Today is a Monday in June, no special occasions, no sports on TV, nothing unusual, so why do I have to wait for a pizza for an hour and 20 minutes? Still has not arrived, but then again she hung up on me and said they are not...

Beware of theft from this company. They forged my signature on my receipt and changed my tip amount and when the owner or manager was confronted about it. He swore at my repeatedly and extremely aggressively. It was truly unbelievable. Continued to deny it up and down trying to squirm his way out of it. I’m not even a review type person but when a company is stealing from customers I will let people know. The document is an example of my actual signature. I did not leave a $20 tip, none of that is my writing, they rid of the actual merchant copy that I did sign and he continued to insist I was just making all of this up. I’ve had pizza and breadsticks from every place in Highland and surrounding areas. No matter where I get pizza and breadsticks from- I always come back to Crazy Gator Pizza. I love their pizza and breadsticks. I don’t have a single negative comment about this place. They will go out of their way to deliver to you, to make whatever crazy or difficult pizza you ask for, and there breadsticks and cheese dip are the absolute BEST!
