A phenomenally hospitable semi private golf club and restaurant. Food is excellent, inspired, and well executed. Staff makes everyone feel at home, friendly and an obvious example of people that care about their jobs. Really cool tasting events; recently attended the Great Lakes/Marketgarden beer pairing with a truly exquisite menu. The Neidus girls know how to host a party. Can't wait for the next event!

Held our Black Girl Social Club Cleveland Chapter Fatigue Brunch here and there were no complaints! From the amazing customer service of the events specialist, to the amazing servers, we were very pleased! The food was absolutely amazing! Our favorites included the Short Rib dish, the chicken Caesar salad, chicken and biscuit and of course the unlimited mimosas! 🖤

We had a great time at the recent Pork and Bourbon dinner at The Rustic Grill. Not only was the food and drink fantastic but the staff was super attentive and friendly. I really appreciated the pork and bourbon experts that were on hand to help educate and entertain during the event. I would highly recommend The Rustic Grill for any occasion.

Recently booked an igloo at this establishment. The igloo was beautiful and the hot toddy the bartender made was on point.

Beyond that my experience was truly off-putting and disappointing for what should be a fine dining establishment.

  1. There was a mouse. It crawled down from the ceiling and hung around our igloo. While I was ready to leave, we understood eating outside made it barely acceptable, but then it got in THE TENT. When I came back from the bathroom my guests came and I was shocked and screamed...not the vibe I want. 2)I asked the help to remove the mouse from the tent. Which they did by "eliminating it" in the the TENT where our appetizer was....not appetizing at all. Like trap it and handle it away from the diners.
  2. The manager acted like we were off for wanting it removed like we should just be comfortable with a mouse scurrying around our food because it's winter -.- NO manager this is NOT acceptable I don't care how explainable it is. Then didn't even offer to improve our experience just sarcastically and snarkily asked if we want a new appetizer. DUH ma'am the spirit of Ratatouille has now haunted my artichoke onion dip (which was good). Did offer to comp it (outwardly) but laughed and replaced it.
  3. The rest of the food was VERY basic. Yes I get its brunch, but please don't charge me for steak that y'all pulled off of the Giant Eagle 5 for $20 special -.-
  4. The KEPT opening our door to the fullest ability and letting all the heat out of the igloo even though I repeatedly asked them not to....yet they were cautious and considerate for the igloo beside us. I peeped game.
  5. Then when my friend wanted to make sure they would comp us for something (because THEY NEVER ONCE OFFERED) the manager got an attitude and said it happens. I'm sorry I love dining and trying new places and I'm from New York City a rodent is NEVER acceptable and one of the most egregious acts against a fine dining experience. The entire meal should have been comped and then some. I was willing to let it all slide...and just never return...until the manager said she charged us for stuff because we had the nerve to question her response to our bad experience. It was the pettiness that led me here. We have snaps and recordings to back up everything, but won't post. I share this for my fellow...

I had to knock off stars ONLY because of the female owner/manager. We were seated next to a large group with a shrieking baby. Babies shriek. Our son was once a baby but we tended to him so that he didn’t continually shriek for 10 minutes non stop. The adults were doing nothing but trying to force him into a high chair he didn’t want to be in. There was also a fire extinguisher in my back. I nicely asked the waitress if there was somewhere else to sit. She said she’d find out. Had she come back & said I’m sorry we’re completely booked I’d have let it go & dealt with it. Instead the manager/owner came over with an attitude, started taking things off the table & with an attitude said the best we can do is move this table . She moved the table into the walkway between the 2 rooms & again with attitude asked if this was better so I said not really, a shrieking baby & a fire extinguisher in my back & then she put our table in an awkward location with no tablecloth or table number when every other table in that room had them. She again responded with attitude that no one has ever complained about a fire extinguisher & it’s Mother’s Day just be happy but if it’s not a fit then it’s not a fit & walked off. It would have been better for her to apologize & say she couldn’t move us then make us feel like an imposition. She could have also asked them to take the baby out until he calmed down. As for the fire extinguisher, maybe they’ve never sat someone my size in that spot before. What did she think we were trying to do. My husband did the best he could. My mother died on Mother’s Day & my only son is in the army overseas in another time zone that makes communication extremely difficult. I didn’t need an attitude when I didn’t have one first. The waitress & the male manager were so very nice & attentive & tried hard to make up for her attitude.

Now then the food. The food was good. The pasta was the best dish. The presentation of the fruit & breakfast pastries left a little to be desired but everything tasted good.

Would I go back for a normal meal? ...

I’ll start by saying this place looks very nice coming in. It’s beautiful but the employees and Food was not at all good. 1.Service sucks worst I had in years 2.Food is something that reminds me of a school cafeteria FLYS AND GNATS Call to get your check so you can escape this hell If you got this far I’ll tell you the story time My work group an myself decided to eat here since it was close to where we was going to for a flight coming up it’s beautiful and seems like a reasonable place we come in and get seated at 1st the service was good we get our drinks and appetizers for the table at a reasonable and appropriate manner we now order entrees and they seem to never come hour plus I would assume go by no wait staff nothing finally we essentially holler at the wait staff to get the attention of the young man who was waiting us to ask about where is our food (we are the only Ones in this dinning section/ entire area I can see) we so happen to finally get our food after tracking down the waiter food comes out now it looks BEAUTIFUL but taste gross to be fair. But whatever we don’t have time for this whole take the food back and try to get something better because our waiter is GONE we wait drinks run empty finally 30 mins come by we see him again and he leaves the water container on the table he seems irritated with us that we are unfortunately making him do his job. We all barely picked at our food and are just honestly ready to leave so we wait and wait and look for anyone to get us out check it’s like everyone vanished so I call the restaurant asking for the check because our wait staff is Houdini apparently and just vanished. This meal was pathetic and...
