they ran out of biscuits when we got there 😭 ill have to try this spot again! customer service is 10/10 and they named it after their late dog, Shelby 🥹🤍 we ordered 2 hashbrown sandwiches with cheese and 1 smasher (sausage patty) each & egg. It came out to $20 with tip! we also got a sample of their donuts which were so delicious! #breakfast #breakfastspot #oregon #hillsborooregon #food #foodie #foodtok #fyp #viral #foodstotryinportland #portland #hillsboro #foodlover #foodies

I was looking for a breakfast spot and debating between this place and IHOP. While I love pancakes, trying something new won out. After seeing it pop up on Google Maps, my friends and I decided to check it out. The food was good and definitely Instagram-worthy. I ordered the owner's special (Greg’s fave, I believe), which included biscuits (I got the last one), hashbrowns, and a mix of other items shown in the photo. The flavor profile was unique—would be interesting to know the inspiration behind it. The only potential downside is the limited seating and tucked-away location. Without Google Maps, it’d be easy to miss, though it may be catering to nearby local businesses. Overall, a fun food experience. Try to go early for the best selection, as they bake in limited batches for the day.

I don't typically write reviews, but this place deserves more attention! The sausages smasher with egg was amazing and I would highly recommend that. I absolutely loved the doughnuts because they were not as sweet as you might expect...which makes them addicting. The only item I ordered that I didn't absolutely love was the biscuit. Although the texture was pillowy perfection inside with an awesome crust, it had a very unconventional taste. We all have an ideal of what a biscuit should taste like, and this one didn't quite fit the mold for me. The prices are shockingly low and the people running the cart looked like they actually wanted to be there. Overall I have to say it was a very good experience I plan to be a regular customer.

Hidden or Secret Gem indeed. Read the reviews and had to give it a try. 5Stars indeed. The service was super friendly. Love the homemade sausages and they get smashed, heck yesss! We tried (1) The Fave with homemade biscuit and substituted for Pepperjack cheese. And (1)The Fave on a bagel and substituted for pepperjack cheese. Both were great!! The Homemade biscuit The Fave was so delicious! And that pepperjack cheese 🤤 was so good! Definitely recommend getting there early as we could not order (2)The Faves with Homemade Biscuits. We also tried their sugar cinnamon donut sample, it was SO delicious we had to order one. Note, we also took the food home. 15min drive, the food was warm and still tasted great! We will definitely be going back again n again. I highly recommend this hidden gem...
