We have supported gioninos for years. Aurora where we used to live, streetsboro where my business is, and now hiram, where we live now. I honestly don't know if this one has ever gotten our order right. We order the same thing every time we call, and they refuse to give us garlic dipping sauce. Ive called and complained, explained that we tip generously, and we just want what we paid for. The condescending young man once told me they don't even charge for it. I offered to pay for it to no avail. This week was the last time. I called Dominos and they assured me we would get what we asked for. We did. It was a HUGE disappointment compared to last time. Their coleslaw, which was always my favorite, was inedible and more of a coleslaw soup. The antipasto salad was a joke with little lettuce, which was bad iceburg lettuce. Even the pizza was not as good as before.
Did I miss something this past year? I don't understand what happened to the quality. New owners? New chef? New vendors? It was so...
