On Tuesday October 1, 2024. I order the back to school special 9.99 one topping pizza. The first pizza was a cheese pizza, extra sauce light cheese. The second pizza was half black olives and half chicken. My daughter ate the cheese pizza and woke up with a stomach ache and throwing up the next morning. I ate a slice of the chicken and a slice of the black olive. The next day, my OTHER daughter warmed up 2 slices of the chicken side of the pizza only to find a freakin FLY 🪰 baked into the pizza. Omg........I called the store location(dallas nebo) ask to speak with a manager. I ended up talking to a team leader, whom I thought was the manager. Explained to her what my daughter found in her pizza the next night after warming a slice up to eat! As u can see in the photo, that the fly was literally baked into cheese. She proceed to say, we can NOT give you a free pizza or money back because it was not reported the same day!!!. WHAT???? I explain to her from the very beginning that. I'm not reporting this for a free pizza or money back! She felt like she had to consistently reiterate that!! I keep reiterating that I don't want anything free!!!, I just wanted to make them aware about the fly my daughter found in the pizza that was sold to me the night before. I ask for the owner of that particular franchise and was given the name Troy Tucker which she was hesitant to give me. Of course, she had no information to give me to get in contact with him. I then ask for a general manager information, she gave me the name Alessa. Who knows. It could be false information. But after all that, beware of this location. They WILL NEVER EVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!! No wonder they get a 3.4 in reviews!!!! Oh yeah I forgot, the team leader did inform me that pest control came today(the day after the fly was in the pizza) So she knows that have a insect problem!!! Smh.....shame on them.
It nice know that reviews are read and taken seriously. My review was read by Troy (the owner) and he personally called me. He listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to make things right. That is someone's who care about his customers!!!! On that note, I will probably give Papa John's another try in the near future. Thank you...
   Read moreI placed my order via the app at 7:25 pm. I was given an estimated wait time of 119 minutes. I kept checking the app to see if the order had been started and nothing. At 9 pm I attempted to cl the location and no one would answer. I decided to go up there and on the way there at 9:34 I recieved a message that they had began making my order. Five minutes later I recieved another alert saying that my order was ready. By this time I had made it to the store. Upon going in I wS greeted by a young lady covered in flour who stated that my order had just come out the oven. As she went to get my things I noticed the store was completely filthy. The phone was just constantly ringing and they were ignoring it.The employees were making the food without any PPE. No gloves, no aprons, I personally watched one gentlemen put sauce on a pizza and then spread it to the corners with his bare finger. Absolutely disgusting. The next guy is grabbing handfuls of cheese with no gloves. There were also pizza pans on the floor..I pray that these were not being used to make peoples food. I finally received my food. I opened it and the girl walked away I icould tell that the pizza was not hot. The cheese was no longer melted on the pizza. I did not complain I just left because I did not want a confrontation. I get home and attempt to eT the pizza and the dough inside was not completely cooked. The cut of the pizza was horrible as well. I have never had a bad experience at this location but this may be the last time I ever order from there. Highly disappointed...
   Read moreThis is my home's store. Been here 22 years. I've had issues in the past, but today was the worst. I wanted to order delivery, but I hate ordering by phone through India. So I used their ONLINE Order. My address was correct , my phone number was correct, as was my email. After the promised time plus 20 minutes, I checked "where's my pizza" it showed still at store. Store is nearby so I went there. On my way, I called India to get to my store. Basically, they told me they had no orders for my name or address. Yet they showed it at the store. I had stopped at a local gas station at this point and called India back. They kept wanting to transfer me back to the store, which just told me they don't have a pizza for me. I went on to the store, and they said they found it in the carry out area DESPITE showing no orders from me or my address. By this time I was just too angry. I told them to cancel the order.
