Lovely food truck that we stopped at on the way out of Grand Teton! The people working it were very friendly. I thought it was incredibly decent of them to discount a meal cost because one of us didn’t want bacon - most places won’t do that nevertheless suggest it!

Michael and his team at Buffalo Bills catered my wedding for 35 guests and it was absolutely fantastic, all around! The food was plentiful, fresh and delicious! Nachos, Chicken, Elk Salad, Fish Tacos, Philly Tacos, Chicken Sandwiches and Burgers! His wait staff were so kind and attentive to everyone’s needs and made sure plates were never empty. Michael and his team catered our wedding and it was a 10/10 decision to hire Buffalo Bills. Michael was very accommodating, responsive, and proactive in helping us serve perfect meal to our guests. The menu was served family style and consisted of fresh, locally and ethically sourced meat and a range of really tasty sides. We got so many compliments on the food!
