Hardee’s — Restaurant in Hocking Township

This was the absolute worst experience at Hardee's in my life. I've eaten at Hardee's all over the east coast in SC, NC, VA and my kids wanted breakfast on this day. I thought Hardee's would be good. I elected to go inside and order to go since we were traveling back to NC. I noticed the lady at the register was new so I was patient with the two couples in front of me. Then I ordered. As I stood by the counter waiting for the food, I noticed the screen in front of me. It was timing each order in the drive-thru and inside. I stood and watched as orders were filled. I grew concerned at the 10 mon mark for my order because I could clearly see the drive-thru order was at 10+ minutes. At the 15 minute wait mark, I was yet to get my food as well as the car the drive-thru. My frustration grew and just before 19 minutes, customers began coming back inside from the drive-thru and some that were inside saying there orders were wrong. At that point, I demanded a refund for my entire order which was a dollar short. A person from the back came out and I could hear them tell the worker they needed to scrap everything and start over cause they had messed up so many orders with the wrong food. I had a pregnant wife and a 6 and 9 year old in thee truck expecting hot biscuits. Instead, I had the worst experience ever at Hardee's. Serious retraining is needed along with professional customer service training because every employee lacked that. Never again will...

Avoid. I went here the first week the place was built, tried it again 4 months later, then tried it one last time early December 2023. Every single time; long drive through time, cold food, and the burger construction was so sloppy that I couldn't figure out which side was the cleanest angle to bite into. Half a tomato hanging out one side, sauces dripping out the opposite end, lettuce sliding out the front, bacon slipping out the back and the meat was cold.

Last thing of note that they unfortunately can not change, I don't know why the construction firm went with a right-hook drive through instead of a left hook like everyone else does. First week of being there and the brand new concrete berm was decorated in 2-dozen black rubber tire scuffs. Not an ideal approach if you're not confident in knowing where your car's...

Being originally from the south, I've always enjoyed Hardee's breakfast. First time at this location, and I must say, I was rather disappointed 😞. Biscuits are very small compared to what I'm use to, and I know help is hard to find right now, but the manager Jose, DEFINITELY, should NOT be a manager!! I went today about 10am and while working on the sandwich boards, he was very loud and disrespectful to his employees.
