Bullfrogs Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Hoffman

We got to the cabin late so we went to town for dinner. I haven’t ate at Bullfrogs in awhile, so we’re excited to try it. The menu has changed and they’ve added some items. For starters we got the fried pickles. Perfectly fried and not overly salty. The coating has a little heat to it which made it really good. The dipping sauce also has some heat. We got ranch also to dip them in. We also shared a Cowboy burger. This was a nice size Patty well seasoned. The bbq sauce was really good and not over powering. The only issue we had is the description says fried onions and to me they were sautéed. Personally I don’t like onions unless fried and the manager was more than happy to replace the burger but we only asked for a bottom bun. Our side were tots. They needed just another minute or two in the frier but were still good. Now they make homemade pizzas! We got a small one to share and we devoured it. It was a chicken, bacon and ranch. The sauce was Alfredo and it was topping heavy. Everything about this pizza was perfect! We definitely will be back...

Amanda, the bartender, was scattered and not attentive. There was 9 people at the bar and 2 groups of 4 at tables. We weren't acknowledged for 10 min even though the bartender looked our direction a few times. We ordered drinks and an appitizer and the food came out first. The people next to us were provided their drinks when they arrived after us but similar to us, had to ask again to order food. When we saw her standing around, we asked for our drinks and she said she forgot. The whole time we were there, she would tell people around us that she was sorry for forgetting what they ordered or not bringing it to them. Very frustrating for everyone! We received 1 drink in a 30 minute period and she looked our direction multiple times without acknowledging us. The food was great but the bartender and service was awful and the worst I've ever...

What a great bar and grill in a teeny little town! We went as a group and split up in two tables, kids and adults. The waitress was fabulous! She handled the kids like a pro and was so friendly to them (and us) the whole time. The menu had too many awesome choices, and my husband and I ended up sharing the BBQ Cowboy sandwich with fries. We ordered the double burger. Without the extra patty it was a monster! Talk about a mile high burger! So delicious! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal! The place itself is very inviting. A great place to eat, to hang with friends, or just go out...
