This location is well kept and clean on the outside. The service was fast. No wait at all. We ordered the eight piece chicken ($14.99) through the drive thru window.

When you get extra food you know there is something wrong. We had two chicken fingers in the box that we did not order. This was the worst chicken we have ever gotten from any Jacks location. There is a point that chicken should be thrown out and ours was at least an hour before we ordered it. At 5:00 in the afternoon you would think they would be frying fresh for people getting off work.

Went for pancakes and sausage got a pancake no meat no fork no syrup called and complained told me I could return it at a later date for a replacement which I did and I ordered pancakes with sausage this time I got eggs sausage gravy biscuit and bacon with hash browns All I wanted was my pancakes and sausage maybe it was because it was early in the morning but Jack's you need to listen to your customers I didn't want all that breakfast I wanted pancakes and sausage this was the hokes Bluff location. We can do better so when someone tells you is a replacement breakfast there's a reason it's a replacement breakfast everyone was friendly and nice but my order was not...

I went this morning and was given the wrong order, I went back and called because the line was long and the woman acted rude and didn't want to send anyone out to give me the right order. They finally did and the order was wrong again, I asked the girl if I should just get back in line and order again since they didn't know my order and she couldn't remember, she said I would have to pay again if I got in line. She finally brought me the right food after 3 times of it being wrong and when I got home I still didn't have my full order. I won't be coming back again and hopefully others have better...
