Got a gift card for Christmas so we were excited to use it… this would be our 2nd time getting take out (1st time was when they first opened and we paid ourselves). This time we used the gift card and although we didn’t like the food at the 1st try, we figured we would try again with something different. The first thing I will say is that I believe most of the food here is either frozen, instant, or comes already prepared as when I asked the person at the counter, what was made in house/from scratch, she said “everything” and seemed a little bit surprised at my question. We ordered the steak tips with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus, the steak and cheese egg rolls, and the brisket quesadilla. Ordered two appetizer menu items, and one entrée just to get a good selection from the menu. When I ordered, I told the attendant that we had a gift card and I asked for extra sauce for the quesadilla. When the order was ready and I came to pick it up, I took a quick look in the bag and should have checked it as we did not have any napkins or utensils. Also, the extra sauce for the quesadilla was not there, but I did not know this until I got home. I paid with the gift card and gave the attendant a three dollar cash tip even though it was takeout. When we got home, my husband tried his steak tips and did not like them. The mashed potatoes appeared to either be instant potatoes or potatoes that were prepared the previous day. Let’s just say he didn’t finish his meal. The brisket quesadilla was chunks of brisket meat, which I assumed it would be pulled meat since it was brisket and the onions and peppers were really not cooked just heated, there was no seasoning in the brisket and I had to put a little bit of salt and pepper on the quesadilla just to give it some flavor. The steak and cheese eggrolls seemed as if they were frozen and had not been cooked at the time of order. They were greasy, not seasoned and there was a teriyaki sauce that really didn’t go with the egg roll in my opinion, I would give one star for the food and give the service two stars because the attendant was friendly, but I think she was busy dealing with people who were eating in house, and when I call about the utensils and napkins, she apologized and did say that was her fault. I think next time we use the gift card, we will just get a pizza or something simple. *****************Update************************** First of all, thank you (Lori) for replying to my initial review. I really appreciate that as most people would not do respond to my concerns. Second, I do want to respond to a few of your comments: * We ordered takeout on Tues evening around 7pm on 3/5/24 (not sure if you were in the kitchen then) * Sorry if you made the potatoes that day, we both tried them and they did not appear to be the "garlic" mashed potatoes we thought we were getting as they did not taste like they were made that day and we did not taste any garlic flavor... I thought they were just plain mashed potatoes (lack of garlic seasoning). * When I called regarding the extra quesadilla sauce/napkins/utensils, I was more concerned about the extra sauce as I had specifically requested this. The host said that this was her fault for not checking for these items so I didn't think to ask to speak to the owner as I was not trying to get my money back, a gift card, or even get anyone in trouble. It was just that we needed the extra sauce for the quesadilla as it was not enough for the whole meal, also we just expected to get napkins & utensils when ordering 3 plates of food. * Thanks for the gift card offer, but we still have over $47 left on our gift card from that night and will probably use it to get pizza or a burger(s). I hope to be able to give an updated/better review on our third visit. Again, thanks so much for replying to our review and offering to give us another gift card. - Best of luck Leanna

So this review will be incomplete. Went to the restaurant with a friend. This place has been open about a year. The music was so loud we decided to eat outside on the patio. So I have no clue what the inside is like. Sat on the patio (nice patio, they even have a corn hole setup) and waitress came out. Food is pretty good. Got mozzarella sticks and cheesy garlic bread appetizer. The garlic bread was a little garlic strong which I like but you may not. Nice thick mozzarella sticks. My pizza was very good, slightly thicker than traditional bar pizza but tasty. My friends fish was great but the fries were over cooked. Decent size menu with lots of options. Service was great even on the patio. Live music Friday through Sunday and musical bingo on Thursday. I am not a big fan of live music during dinner so I will come back on a Monday or Tuesday. Based on the food I will recommend but if you don't like live music you may want to reconsider.

Hidden Gem in Holbrook! Randomly stopped here while on our way to a youth basketball game and wow what a surprise. Great atmosphere with a few TVs with sports on good music and plenty of space to spread out. Completely expected it to be bar food, but was really surprised that it was fresh ingredients and a wide menu with options. The chicken and waffles for $15 was really good. The quesadilla appetizer could’ve just been a meal. And the kids were happy with the options on the kids menu. Good craft beer selection for a local place. For $65 to feed four was a really good deal. Our server was nice and attentive Money well spent will visit again

Above and beyond customer service!! I originally always passed this place and decided to stop one day , it has become a local favorite i frequently visit on my way home. Always great food. Always clean, always great service - and a great open 🎤 night . -Not many people would ever know but I am diabetic. And today after a long hot day while waiting for my dinner - I lost track of my levels - experienced a sudden drop and unfortunately passed out briefly- the staff was so amazing ! They were right there for me ! got me orange juice , ice cream a stayed with me until everything was okay - And even once that moment had passed - and all that was left was the dreaded embarrassment I was feeling, a staff member provided words of comfort on my way home, in the parking lot, that ment the world. There is not a high enough rating that I could give ! They have my business for as long as they keep the doors...
