El Rancho Cafe — Restaurant in Holcomb

I love El Rancho!! I would describe the food as Americanized Mexican fare, and if you expect that standard, it is fabulous! I highly recommend the Annie Dip, the salsa, the gordita, the concha, the combination plate, and the enchiladas. My son loves the hard shell tacos. My daughter loves the cheeseburger and mozzarella bites. The service is bar none as Deb and Nancy and the rest of the family take care of you there. I love the small-town vibe and the fact that when you walk in, you will talk to at least 1 or 2 other patrons from town. The restaurant is very supportive of school athletes and the teams. My wife and I stopped by to get to know Holcomb a bit. We did not expect to have as wonderful an afternoon as we did. Everyone at the restaurant was kind and very welcoming.
