Subway — Restaurant in Holcomb

Last night for dinner (Saturday… on the weekend when no decision makers are at work at Subway Corporate), I got a chopped vegetable salad. No problem. Today I went back to get another one for lunch. I was told they no longer made them. When I told them I got one yesterday, they said they were informed yesterday.

I could be wrong, but I think the likelihood that the Subway big guys sent out a cease and desist order for chopped salads after 7pm on a Saturday is about zero.

If the young folks don’t want to make the salad, I could live with that. After all, it takes less time than making a toasted sandwich. But to lie about it, well, let’s just say my money remains in my pocket and will continue to do so regarding Subway.

I guess I’m breaking up with a quickly deteriorating sandwich shop that for quite a while has been anything but fresh.

This was the best service that we've had at a restaurant in a long time! Guy (his name started with S) was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about everyone he served. He was polite, respectful and made conversation while we were being served. 10/10 this guy...
